  •  1848- Constitution, a president a single legislative body and universal male suffrage.
  • Germans  began demanding for change, which led to German rulers to promise reforms.
  • Demontrations broke out in Austria.

  • 1791 - The Flight of Varennes occurs where the royal family including King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette attempt to flee Franc, but where captured and returned to France.
