The movements we thought of was mostly simple and active as they have to stand up to do it. We think that with the children standing up and moving around, help us gain their attention more. We try to have the movements though simple yet related to the lyrics. Throughout the session I find that we were mostly off-task leading to us not really focusing on the movements we created, leading to us forgetting about it. We also did a mock-performance to the class and based on the comments most say that we have to exaggerate the actions more. To improve this I think my partner should be more enthusiastic and become more confident so that it doesn't look like he isn't sure at what his movements are. We also manage to memorise both the actions and lyrics really well though I think we could have learnt them better. We could have asked the children to stand up at the beginning for them to have more energy to follow along with the actions of the song. But overall I think we were successful as some of the children (excluding the Grade 7) did join in to the actions for the chorus and some kinda mumbled along. The atmosphere there was fun and full of energy as everyone were able to join along to the chorus of the song.

Minh: The song is very catchy, but sadly that most KG kids didn't sing along. Your group dance moves were very easy to move. The guitar was a bit soft, and I (Ha Dan) need to smile more.
