Today’s knowledge demands workers who are critical and creative thinkers.  Workers need to be self-regulated who understand the ways they learn and are continuously committed to their self-development.  This also includes emotional resiliency, and the ability to adapt with fluidity.  Integrating a richer curricular environment by including a multitude of creative, social, and emotional learning will benefit and possibly gauge the “whole-person” mentality of development.   It is quite possible that incorporating these steps into young school-aged children may ultimately aid in early intervention for learning deficits.
