         <description><![CDATA[<p>we can manage customers expectations in a few ways in this i will mention a thew and explain them. </p><p><br/></p><p>first one is the doughnut shop on brighton pier, they may inform customers before they order a doughnut that they will be waiting around 30 minutes by doing this it allows customers to decide whether they want to wait that 30 minutes in the que to receive the doughnut or just not buy them at all  buy them doing this it means the customers wouldn't have the right to write a bad comment or review because they already know there was waiting time.</p><p><br/></p><p>as well as this they can let you know they ran out of sprinkles so will be unable to sell any doughnuts with sprinkles. This also stops customers from being disappointed and and helps keep there trust in business. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>in this bit i will be taking about how i can identify customer needs and expectations </p><p><br/></p><p>The first thing  you can do is use customer surveys for the first option this essentially is a survey which can be used digitally or on paper but now days people intend to use a digital servayas its a lot quicker, its straightforward as you only have to tick boxes witch is nothing complicated but if you were having to do it on paper then they would make you write  lot more, and it would be more time consuming they would publish this survey on there website or give it to you on the way out to see if you enjoyed your time or not or if they can improve on anything.</p><p><br/></p><p>Secondly to identify customer needs and expectations they would use social media listing this is a great way of finding customer needs as there are many people on social media asspecaly twitter, instagram, and tiktok many people scroll endlessly on these apps for many hours which would mean they would most likely come across the brighton pier page and leave a review   </p>]]></description>
