·         4 cups of water (1000 ml)

·         1 sachet of chicken broth, pickled (9 g)

·         1 small chicken breast without skin but with bone (400 g)

·         ¼ pound creole potato, peeled and sliced (125 g)

·         ¼ pound of peeled and sliced Pastusa potato (125 g)

·         3 ears of corn cut in half (380 g)

·         1/2 bundle of guascas (13 g)

·         4 tablespoons of cream of milk (60 g)

·         1 tablespoon capers (20 g)

·         1 medium avocado, cut into 4 portions (300 g)

To start in a pot place 6 cups of water, secondly dissolve the Maggi chicken broth, then bring the pot to medium heat and stir constantly, add to the pot: the corn on the cob, the chicken breast with bone and the potatoes. Finally, cook over high heat for 20 minutes or until the potato and breast are cooked.

First remove the chicken breast from the pot and let it cool a little bit to remove the skin from the chicken.  Then add the guscas to the pot and let them cook for 5 more minutes or until the potato is broken down and the Ajiaco is thicker.

Finally serve the Ajiaco santafereño in 4 equal plates, then add the shredded chicken on top, garnish with a spoonful of cream and capers. Serve with avocado.

Participe activamente dentro del foro dando mis avances de la actividad

Aprendí y se me facilito comprender los temas en el foro de tareas 

 

Realmente aprendí que en el colegio me falto fue poner atención a clases, jejeje esta vez me concentré en los temas y aprendí como se utiliza el pasado simple, continuo y como utilizarlos en oraciones afirmativas, negativas y en forma de pregunta. 

Es muy importante ya que el ingles es una lengua que se maneja en la mayor parte del mundo y algún día quiero salir de Colombia y esto me abrirá muchas puertas. 

Aumenta mi confianza en mi mismo, ya que he podido comprender los temas, podre ayudar a mi hija pequeña cuando empiece a tomar lecciones de inglés, y profesionalmente se me facilitara abrir  mas puertas.
