During this experiential course, I have realized how hard teaching is, especially during these times that after pandemic the schools have been in a face-to-face interaction, and teaching in back to basic. Truly the experience that I had in this course are unforgettable. I have learned a lot, and hopefully, I will surely apply those learning in my future teaching career.

This portfolio is developed to share my experiences in this course. Within this document, the challenges that I've face and the things that I've learned the course. Nǐ hǎo, I am Cristy Gudelosao Micarandayo,22 years old and was born March 23,2000, in Bilay Butuan City. Currently, I am a fourth-year student of Caraga State University studying Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science. Prior to enrolling in my first year of college, I attended Bilay Elementary School, Bilay National High School, and Bilay Junior High School, respectively.

I considered myself as dedicated, hardworking, and enjoy focusing on details. I do love to read different kinds of books, either physical or E-books. I also enjoy myself through writing some fantasy books during my junior years. I like doraemon. Now, I am practicing myself about the different technology and applications. I think it would help me know much about technology in which I can incorporate in my future career.

No longer is spoon-feeding an element of modern education. I believed that the facilitator's job improved teaching and enhanced student learning. I believed that teachers could still teach students even if they didn't give them everything. Students must pay attention, cultivate a feeling of curiosity that will prompt them to look for answers and ask more questions because that is one of the best ways for them to learn.A teacher's job is to teach, and I believe the most challenging aspect of working in this area is figuring out how to create an efficient teaching technique. The best thing for me to do as a prospective teacher is gain their trust. My teaching strategy should also include developing goals with them.

On the other hand, I don't believe that learning actually depends on the teachers. The motivation for both teaching and learning should be equal. As a future teacher, I can communicate to them the significance of what we are learning in class and how it will impact our future careers, families, and general quality of life. And regardless of how inspiring I try to make what I'm saying to them, it's ultimately up to them to discover the will to finish school. Learning is a continuous process that never ends.

Since it is my goal and the focus of the course I've taken, I will be held accountable for ensuring that my students learn effectively in the future. To do this, I must cultivate a passion and love for this work. I came to understand the value of your perspective on the significance of your task after observing how much our resource teacher takes pleasure in her lessons and maintains her enthusiasm every day. It provides those competent teachers with daily drive to perform and impart knowledge to students. The way teachers interact with their students affects the atmosphere in every classroom, and how you greet your students conveys how much you love or loathe what you do.

An successful learning environment is made up of numerous important components. When it comes to the educational materials, teachers must be imaginative and inventive. They gain deeper understanding and a sense of the subject's applications when real-world problems are included in the lesson. Nowadays, incorporating technology into the teaching and learning process is a very effective method. Rules alone won't suffice to maintain students' attention spans or ensure their collaboration in class. Although there are many concerns with technology in the classroom that need to be addressed, it has been shown to be successful.

As a future educator, I must have a firm understanding of the importance of student participation in the classroom. The relationship between the teacher and students is very important to build trust.

I observed a number of excellent learning strategies that I have since used in my own studies to advance my own learning. How I manage my learning is one component of my fieldwork experience that has helped my learning. Throughout my fieldwork, I observed numerous instances in which teachers modified their curricula to take into account various learning preferences in order to better serve their students.I gained a lot of knowledge about the significance and worth of a physical learning environment for the students as well as a psychological environment. Every student is unique or different, which makes teaching tough yet enjoyable, as I have seen. I've been successful in utilizing key ideas and techniques to create a better learning environment and instruct pupils more effectively.

These lessons I've learned are essential for helping me understand what to anticipate in my future profession as a teacher because I'm a future educator. In order to adapt my teaching approach to the current platforms or the kinds of learners I will be working with, I will undoubtedly use the strategies and be as creative as possible. In order to build trust among my students, I would make sure to involve them in explaining the rules of the classroom.

I have also learned a great deal about how the classroom is used. You must be aware of any potential challenges in the format of your classroom as a teacher. Additionally, you need to comprehend each student's circumstances from their point of view.

Field study 2 focused on the environment in which the students would learn best. We future teachers were able to learn from them about the qualities that make a successful learning environment, even in a challenging setting when of learning  is being used. Our resource instructor, in my opinion, engaged the learners in the lesson. The improvement of the learning environment should be a goal for teachers as well.
