I do feel the drinking age should be lowered. You have people who turn 21 and binge drink and get in crashes or get alcohol poisoning because they are finally able to do it freely. In Germany the drinking age is 16 and they have less deaths caused by alcohol related issues than America. Also i feel that if you are able to go join the military at 18 and die in a war you should be allowed to come home and have a drink.
2. I feel like its 50/50 and it depends on the person because everyone is different. It is a little better than actually smoking because not all of the chemicals present in cigarettes are in Vapes.
