One of my favorite songs is "Jimmy Cooks" by Drake. I love this song because of the memories that I associate with the song. Throughout the song, the lyrics talk about celebrating friends who have been by your side for a long time. I have played lacrosse for over ten years, and my teammates and I have played this song on every single game day for the past several years. Nothing beats the feeling of blasting and singing lyrics about loving your best friends, with your best friends, while getting ready to play a game. The song would hype us up enough to win almost any game. Those memories mean a lot to me.

This song is about reminiscing on a very prominent relationship that did not last. I like this song because the meaning can be applied to more than just romantic relationships ending. I can relate to several themes throughout the song. (I am also a HUGE Taylor Swift fan and went to the Eras Tour twice).

I also love the way Harry Styles sings and writes songs, so I will listen to any music by him.

In my opinion, this song is relatable in many ways, which is why it is one of my most listened to every single year.
