Our existing idea is about one of the traditional and historical foods in Chongqing. It is Chinese fried dough twists. And the local people call it “Mahua”. It was one of the most popular foods last century, but as time went by, mahua also had problems. Our infographic mainly shows the history and problems about it.

Now, fewer and fewer local people like mahua, and few outsiders like and even know about mahua. How to promote mahua to all over the world so that more people can enjoy mahua, is a problem to be solved. We also put forward some solutions. Next, watch the video.
