To ensure everyone understands and master's the content taught in geography, I think it best to use explicit instruction and scaffolding techniques. For instance, when teaching about river systems then l would use modeling so that learners get an understanding of the topic. This means I will provide clear, step-by-step explanations and demonstrations of new concepts. We will build on what we learn gradually. As learners become more confident, I will gradually reduce the support, encouraging them to take more responsibility for their learning. This approach will help us all achieve our best and make learning geography a rewarding experience.

I therefore aim to have clear and empathetic communication with my learners so that l can foster trust and support among myself and the learners. While communication plays a significant role, it requires learners to be active listeners to understand what is being communicated to them thus developing the skill of being an active listener is important.

Inclusive learning is important for creating an equitable and supportive educational environment where all learners, regardless of their backgrounds, abilities, or learning styles, feel valued and have equal opportunities to succeed in geography. IT fosters a sense of belonging and respect, which can enhance students' academic and social development. As the quote says, "Inclusive education is not just about placing students with diverse needs in the same classroom. It's about creating an environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential." To achieve this goal, as a teacher l should implement differentiated instruction tailored to meet diverse learning needs and create a classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity. Thus, when teaching l must have visuals, notes and practical for instance when teaching map work l should not teach the calculations only but have maps so that learners can see what I'm teaching, and this helps in encoding information in the long-term memory.

Technology has changed how we view the world, and it also impacted geography for instance now we have maps online but in history we did not have them and this shows the changes we have experienced. Thus, it is vital as a teacher to include technology when possible, in teaching geography. Since we in 5IR, when learners know how to use technology, they can thus identify problems and find solutions for instance when looking at development learners can use google earth to solve an issue that is why is development not equal in the world.
