Get rid of Monday meetings. Stand ups provide same info as the allocation e-mail. Managers are very approachable and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns. 

1:2:1's are more of a conversation and that's what we want. It makes it easier to discuss various topics. 

Managers approachable, no need for 121 every month as we can contact them at any time. 121's are not regimented and informal

This will make it easier for people picking up a case that has already been worked on.

Improving checklists and how easy it is to move through them. 

Mandatory filling in of missing info. Helps everyone. 

Can we consider factoring the checklist into quality review/error checks.

Review the information required in the checklists. They aren't being completed correctly and notes are not being added to explain reasons for things like an effective date. CRM checklists are taking a long time to complete and not very efficient. 

Working in the office makes sense for collaboration - waste of time if only a small group in. We can't get trained in quick enough - not enough of a broad range of skills within the team - Company claims for example. Allocation of work spread over small pool of people for specific case types.
