Outcome: up to 3 short videos for different target audience:
- (future) volunteers with fewer opportunities: showcase that volunteering is possible and benefitial
- (future) leaders: working with an inclusive group is a positive experience and doable challenge
- local hosts: working with an inclusive group is an enrichment and valuable learning opportunity for everyone
