A lot of discussion re internal communications and ways of working 

Internal staff communications: some had just made the shift to Teams which worked well but technical challenges (not all staff have smart phones or equipment at home).

Some library teams using Teams more than others at the start of the Pandemic - now all library teams using it and feedback has been positive. Each team developed their own way . Challenges, using the right channels (email, teams etc) organising material, consistency.
