At 8:30, I have breakfast. I eat bun bo for my breakfast. Then, I go to school at 9:00. I go to school by bicycle. I finish school at 12:30. At 12:45, I have lunch, I have lunch with banh mi and milk, I often have lunch with my friend at canteen. In my free time, I often watching TV, talking and going out with my friend. I usually have dinner at 19:00. For dinner, I eat rice and meat. I usually go to sleep at 23:30. I meet my friend on the weekend. On the weekend, I usually go out with my family or my friend.

Every day, I get up at 5 am. After I get up, I usually drink a glass of water to stay awake and energized for the new day and fold the bed to create a tidy habit for myself.
At 5:30 a.m. I exercise for about forty minutes. At 6:30 a.m. I start to eat breakfast. I usually eat instant noodles or bread in the morning. I go to school at 7 o'clock. I finish school at 11 p.m., and at 11:30 I go home with my family for lunch, my mother usually cooks braised fish, meat, and boiled for lunch because my father, brother, and I love to eat those foods. In my free time, I usually listen to music, play Facebook, watch TikTok and movies, learn about the marketing major I am studying. I usually have dinner with my family at 7:30 and won't eat anything else after that. At 20:00 I do the homework and I go to bed at 23:30. On Sundays, I often invite my best friend Ngoc to eat, go for a walk, maybe with my family to cook and plant trees. My family and I usually have dinner at 7 pm and won't eat anything after that. I and my mom cook together snacks like boiled eggs, boiled vegetables, and soup. Before going to bed, I spend thirty minutes reading the book. “How much is youth worth” because I enjoyed this book so much. I usually meet my friends every morning when I go to school or come visit your friend's house in the afternoon when I have a break from school. On the weekend, I usually plant trees and take care of the flower garden with my family. I don't work part-time so just stay at home to help my mother with housework.
