White (Facts) - After planning my video I need to find out how I want each shot to look, and the kind of cuts and transitions that will be most effective in creating the illusion that the cup can change size. I also need to know whether I would like there to be an actor in the video to demonstrate how the cup works or whether the cup should be the sole focus.

Red (Feelings) - I want my product to give a sense of ease, I want the audience to think that they need my product because of how useful it is. I want them to know that it isn’t just another cup but something that makes effective use for storage space and then I want them to feel as if a clean-living space will benefit their mental health.

Green (Creativity) – I can be creative through the editing of my video; I would like to bring the glass to life and make it change size in ways that defy physics. This unique editing of the glass is important in giving my promotional video a fun and quirky feeling. I want the cup to be the most important thing in the scene, I want to be creative in having it change colour while everything else stays fairly dull, I believe this contrast will be effective in drawing attention to the product.

Yellow (Benefits) – We went the audience to know that this product will benefit them, our main reasoning for our product being beneficial is that it is able to be easily stored. Easy storage means a clean and tidy kitchen/ living space which aids in positive mental health. If our audience recognises this benefit and decides to purchase our product, we as a company benefit from sales and can continue production. 

Black (Cautions) – The product name is ‘Stretch-O-cup’ now while the cup can be transformed in various ways we do not intend the name to be misleading but however, we believe that the word ‘stretch’ is commonly associated with movement and increasing of size but also elasticity, meaning that our cup can always return to its original size.

After this, there will then be some text that appears on the screen talking about the benefits of a healthy living space and its effect on one’s mental health, this section of the video takes on a more serious note.

The video will then end with a call to action, this will include the pricing of the cup, the listed features and a reiteration of the importance of clean and tidy living
