  • What didn’t you like?
    • The film seemed very white savior-y in that it was Al who broke down the bathroom door sign, Ms. Mitchell who finally opened the door to Dorothy to be a supervisor, etc. While the three women did have to work hard on their own and take initiative (e.g. Dorothy simply learning about the IBM herself and setting it up even when she 'wasn't allowed to') the film does glorify white people doing the bare minimum.
