What is the difference between independent and independent probability

Independent it is when the probability of one event happening isn't influenced by the outcome of another.
And So Dependent is pretty much the opposite it is if the outcome of one event influences the probability of the other they aren't independent. So pretty much the difference is that independent when you picking a card but not affecting the second event and dependent is affecting the 2nd event.
For Example, Dependent if you pick a card and without replacing and picking another card is Dependent.
Example, for Independent You pick a card out of a deck of cards and replacing it and picking another one.

Explain why theoretical and experimental probabilities do not always match? Give an example?

It does not always match because the theoretical probability is what you expect to happen. But it isn't actually what always happen. The experimental probability is what actually happens when you try it out.
Example:

Since I can't write a whole graph I'm going to use this for the example. As you can see it shows the theoretical problems and then it shows the graph of the theriotical of how it was the outcome and what happen when it came out to be.
