         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've spent a lot of time researching how to make sure each of your students are getting the most out of your class, and the number one way that I have found is small groups. this usually consist of only five students at max and is a good way to get some one on one instruction and they will be more inclined to focus and be on task.</div>]]></description>
