First of all, before I came to the Uk I was studying at a Canadian International school so the teaching styles is very similar to Bellerbys we mainly speaking English in school, but except we have less free period in our timetable comparing to Bellerbys is more flexible.

In previous school workload is not really a problem for me, because usually teacher will give us time to do it in class so you don't need to worry about when you get home and compare it to Bellerbys it is also very similar teachers will go thought some question with us in the homework and as I mention before we had lots of free period which means it is a giveaway to finish your homework.

Either in Macau or in the UK friendship will be much the same from outside and inside of school, different nationality (e.g. Spanish,German,French...), however the class sizes are much more smaller compare it to my pervious school and I guess the good thing being in a small class was more independent learning, easier to get to know you classmate and teachers can focus on one to one teaching at some point.

So far my expectation in Bellerbys is try to achieve something that I haven't done it in the past and I will try my best to work hard and accomplish my goal.

Academic English is things like when you are reading an article or listen to someone presenting a PowerPoint you can tell what kind of technique they carried out or include during the whole process and which you will be able to divine them apart, however General English is stuff like grammar, pronunciation, reading and listening...

what I have enjoyed the most at the moment is that you can go out to eat lunch or hang around in town while you had some empty period during each specific day and also there are after school enrichment for you to learn extra stuff that haven't been taught in lesson, which it is a nice things to do if you don't want to go straight back home after school.

At the moment we practicing how to write a better essay and what I found difficult about is some time when you have to describe a statistic or piece of information that given to you and you have illustrate from it by using structure.

I need to know more about at the moment are the structure of an essay. It begins with finding the main topic from an essay, give an example and opinion and then finally conclusion to sum up all the stuff that you have been talking about and shorten it by 2 or 3 sentences.

We were taught through practice every day in lesson and write an essay about a specific topic as homework and then the next when we hand in our homework the teacher will go through it with us and give us feedback, so you can improve each time.

The modules I'm currently studying at Bellerbys are Extended Business Foundations, and this means I won't start the actual foundation until after Christmas, which is about the beginning of January.

So far, now I'm only doing English, Maths, Business language and CIT for this extended term I'll say English and Business language is similar to each other, because both of them are mainly learning about how to structure English and use them in order to improve your English level, however Maths and CIT are also similar to each other too, because Maths is about numbers and you can use the help of CIT to help you find or workout the value, which this gives you the understanding of how to calculate different equation and also how to calculate in computer.

I have learned about myself to keep on working hard and to put in effect on studying, so I can get into the university that I like for next year.

Challenges

There has been are couples of challenges I have faced, which are the use of vocabulary are not good enough to give me a better expansion to write about an essay and I overcame this problem by learning more new word by heart and try to memorise them through practice and ask for teachers advise, secondly I'm a quite student in class, which I don't usually talk or answer question unless teachers pick me to answer the question and I have overcame this by building up self-esteem and this is a really important thing to built before you had a job when you are older, because when you are working you will get to know many different people and if you are scared or shy to talk, you will end up the one whose being less successful in life.

Skill

In Bellerbys the idea that’s has changed my progressed in my studies are the different kind of studies skill that you need, for example motivation, you need to also be motivated in order to what you want to become(success), planning play an important part of your study, such as how you going to be organised in the best way to benefit your own good(timetable), so you know what you are doing each day,self-discipline is something that I'm working on at the moment and it is tough to be discipline when you have other stuff to doing or feeling lazy and you just keep telling yourself that I will do it tomorrow and what I mean by tomorrow is never. My opinion was I need to know when time to revision and when is time to take a break and if you like this is what people always say work hard play hard and finally self-confidence, you need to be confidence about yourself, trust yourself every time and if this time didn't work, you know what you should improve for the next time. Set yourself a goal that you want to achieve by the end of this year and just do it.

Relationship

I would say the relationship that I have built in this term is excellent either it was toward to my classmate, tutor and teachers, for classmate we always talk to each other’s and hangout in school and outside of school. Even we only see our tutor once each week, we always talk to her that what we have done over the weekend and she will share back with us, then if we had a problem she would be happy to go through with us, give advice and solve the problem together and finally I like all of my teachers I have absolutely no problem with them I'm happy that they teach me and they are really great.
