This has been a difficult year because we have been in IR and our campus is in academic trouble. We are doing things that are pushing us and stretching us to the limit as far as teaching and learning are going with our students. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I’ve been working on internal reflection and understanding my own emotions in the moment to help myself make better choices and decisions about things despite my temporary feeling or emotion. </p><p><br/></p><p>I’ve been practicing telling my close friend group things like “hey, I think I’m feeling kind of grumpy/hangry because I haven’t eaten. Let me eat something and then we can make plans after I feel a bit better” or “I’m feeling very overwhelmed at the moment. Is this something we need to figure out now or can we talk about it another day?” </p><p><br/></p><p>Understanding my emotions has been super helpful while I’ve been stressed during this masters program. </p>]]></description>
