For example the art that I like is dance, I think it is one of the best ways to show art, I like dance because I think it allows you to release many emotions, I love to dance, I love to express myself by moving my body while I enjoy the music.

The type of art I like is painting, although I am not an expert I sometimes buy watercolors and paint them as a method that also helps me to de-stress, I also paint mandalas among other things that involve paint and colors, because I feel that they transmit a very nice vibe.

Even tough I recognise the importance of art, I was never into it. I have this straightforward male brain that needs something exact and clear. I do not hate it, but I am not the one who will willingly show up to museums around the globe.

I love listening to music. It makes me feel calm and listening to different music styles is interesting. Through music we can communicate and feel emotions which the song writer put in his song.

When it comes to paintings, my two favorite artists are Bosch and Kuindzhi.

Bosch attracts me with his drawing style. His paintings have many small and sometimes absurd elements that you want to examine in detail.

On the other hand, Kuindzhi’s paintings have simple motifs but still touch the soul. In his paintings, there are no people, only nature and tranquility.

In conclusion, I would like to learn more interesting information from this Art lesson.

My favorite paintings are on religious scenes. They are majestic and captivate with its deep understanding of how people imagine the underworld. Sometimes it can be Heaven, sometimes it can be Hell or even Purgatory, but whatever the picture shows, it is marvelous, and everyone can dive into the atmosphere of the particular place and feel its puissance.

One of my favourite style of painting is impressionism and post-impressionism, and such artists as Monet and Van Gogh. But not only this. Also sometimes I can draw something by myself.

He describe scenes in a really interesting way and every plot twist is always geniuos and unaxpected. I really love how he can ironicaly gives some information about some things in real world and it would be very funny.

In music is different, i like a lot, i consider that without music i can´t concentrate in my activities, I need music for concentrate and also that relax me a lot.

I think that this wonderful artwork is not worth selling because it is very important for the Louvre museum and its value for the whole society is incalculable.

I love the bisons in Lascaux Cave, Roman arquitecture, the medieval manuscripts, Michellangello's David sculpture, Dürer's, Kölwitz's and Rembrandt's etchings, Japanese prints of Edo period, arts & crafts movement, the art nouveau and art deco, the Fauvism and many others... I can't choose a favorite one.

Also, I love movement arts (from ballet, modern dance to popular dances like salsa or tango), musical arts from classic to rock and african drums and cinematographic art with films like Billy Elliot or The Shawshank Redemption.

The most fantastic thing for me it's to understand that art makes us humans.

It is not important if you "don't like" or don't know anything about it; the brain loves it, because art makes your neurons dance (there are many scientific studies that confirm it).

You might wonder why would I care about art that isn't beautiful, let alone meaningful to me? The answer is simple: I'm Ukrainian.

For decades, russia has persistently tried to erase everything Ukrainian and claim it as its own. That's why I felt the need to draw a

clear line between Ukrainian and russian culture. The YouTube channel

Culturetrigger (originally Культуртригер)

helped me do that.

What I discovered was shocking and, honestly, quite unpleasant. The art revealed themes of slavery, countless examples of humiliation of human dignity, and even worse things I won't describe here. It wasn't that the channel was cherry-picking the worst examples or misrepresenting them-these works genuinely reflected russian culture and, at times, the grim realities of their living conditions from the 17th to the 19th century . (If you want an example- though I doubt you’d really want to see it, let alone grasp its meaning—it’s Snozhachestvo by Yuri Garmatny.)

As uncomfortable as it was, the experience gave me a deeper understanding of who I am as a Ukrainian and how different our cultures truly are. In a strange way, it also brought me relief. It was far from pleasant, but it was absolutely worth it. Now, I feel I can see the deeper meaning behind art, and it has made me genuinely curious about it.

And you know what? I finally found a picture I truly love-one of them is even on the board. In fact, many of the works I connected with turned out to be from Contemporary art, as that’s the style I’ve immersed myself in most. (To add, I focused only on Ukrainian paintings during my search, though I really hope to discover some remarkable foreign works soon as well.)

A few years ago, I was lucky enough to be exposed to guitar music - something I never thought would draw my attention. The musicians that I discovered transformed my perception about the instrument and its possibilities. It was at that time that I realized how versatile it really is. Most importantly, I realized it wasn’t just limited to one style.

The guitarist in the picture above is Eric Johnson, one of the most unique, influential, and undoubtedly skilled musicians in the guitar realm. Musicians like him inspire. They make you want to go beyond what’s considered average. Most of all, they ignite the spark that drives you to explore and commit yourself to the craft - and that’s the power of art.

Music has evolved drastically over the years, and what was once considered impressive may not hold the same status now. Doesn't mean you can't enjoy it anymore. In fact, you can go back in time and find what resonates with you, your tastes and personality. There will always be a room for everyone in art, and the doors are always open.

My favourite music band is «Queen», probably, it came to me in 2018-2019, when I started listening to their music, I think a big boost to them gave a film «Bohemian Rapsody» (2019). Also I like to listen to the songs of Eminem, I feel like they are inspiring in some way and realistic. In general, music is a form of relief for me, it allows me to switch my focus from one kind of activity to another, which, in my opinion, is quite important.

Also, I studied in art school for five years, where I learned a lot of things about art and met very creative artists!)

Talking about myself, I was always curious what the author was thinking or admired about while coming up with the idea of picture! In my free time I really like to represent my own ideas and pictures into the piece of canvas! It inspires me and satisfy the creative part of my soul :)

I would not say that there is art I do not like. I tend to think that I do not understand the art, not dislike it.

This thought is based on my experience with ballet. I understood the real beauty of the ballet only after I started to take ballet classes. Understanding the technic behind each dance moves helps me to truly enjoy it.

The only type of art I admire without the necessity to fully understand (though I read a lot about it!) is impressionists paintings. I literally could watch it for hours and never feel exhausted!

To me art means anything that can inspire. The art can be found even when there is no specific object to be looking at. People can also see it through the beauty of living and just being present in the moment, like walking through the park enjoying the nature or looking out of the window in a rainy day.
