We built it with 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 rubber bands,a pencil with no tip and a cotton ball. When we put the cotton ball in the rolls when we let go of the pencil it flew out. Me and Stefan even tried to add 2 more rubber bands on it but they would not do anything they wouldn't even attached to the pencil. When you pull down on the pencil it brings pressure on the rubber bands you let go then the cotton ball comes flying out of the tube. We tried to do it with 2 cotton balls but it didn't work out so well. We popped 2 balloons. We made 2 more unpoppable balloons that work. It was lots of fun. It toke a minute to get the toothpick in the balloon. At first we tried to use cardboard strips as our support beams for our building.
