         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have tried this diet for 2 months to lose weight for the summer, losing 10 lbs<br>I would not recommend this diet to teenagers because i do not recommend any diet to teenagers. Teens are at an important stage of there body and starvation of any kind is extremely not healthy for their body. I would recommend moving to weight lifting and follow a starting strength program because when you start lifting you lose fat and gain muscle, after following a program for 7-12 months then moving on to diets could be a possibility.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>This diet really does get the job done by losing weight fast and not actually starving yourself of calories, however a big issue of this diet is that you're having very little to no carbs, this means you will find yourself extremely weak in training of any kind. When i was on this diet I did not feel tired or drained by any means, and even felt full a lot of the time of the day with very small meals.</div>]]></description>
