With the creation of scientific management Frederick has allowed modern day companies to advance in there work by paying their workers higher wages. Fredric has also published a book that is still available till this day the book is called The Principles of Scientific Management. Many companies nowadays still use the scientific management due to its efficiency. Back then workers were uneducated in there own job so they would have to simplify it in to little partes but now workers are educated in there field so companies are allowed to go faster. This is an example of how people in modern times took scientific management and improved on it.

Sources: http://www.skymark.com/resources/leaders/taylor.asp
