I chose this specific video because it really broke down what photosynthesis means. Photo which means light and synthesis means putting it together. It also states that there is other nutrients included in photosynthesis like water, nutrients, and soil. It also had to include the carbon dioxide from the air. All of these fuctions help plants to produce and make their own food.
