When is the official start date for using Stride in class? I am not comfortable using it until it is working for everybody. With each new thing that is not working, my parents are getting very angry and I do not want that anger to be induced during live class time.

What if students are not able to earn coins (they haven't been playing to earn them, they have not been getting questions correct, etc.), are they unable to play the games since the games cost coins? Or am I understanding the coin earning incorrectly?

I still have families that are getting an error or stuck loading when trying to get onto Stride Skills Arcade. They have cleared cache and cookies, they have tried a different browser, they have logged out and back in. Any suggestions?
