* IB's Learning and Teaching Guide was considered exceptional.
* schools performed at higher level in reading and numeracy.
* Schools had a holistic and ongoing approach to to assessments.
* In regards to the exhibition; participants believed it helped students' critical thinking, international-mindedness, and LP attributes.
* The student perception was that they viewed teachers as primary drivers of positive leering experiences. Many enjoyed their school (83%) and 90% of the students were proud pf their school.
* Staff survey and interviews showed PYP coordinator and admin exhibited firm and passionate commitment to IB values and generally reflected qualities of the LP.

 In Australia, schools offered substantial evidence that the PYP encourages
student well-being above and beyond other well-being activities
undertaken by schools

- A study in Australia explored the impacts of PYP
implementation on 13 Victorian government primary schools
as well as student outcomes on a national assessment for
reading and numeracy1
. Students at PYP government schools
performed at higher levels in both reading and numeracy, for
years 3 and 5, when compared to similar schools and Australian
schools generally. Additionally, school staff believed that the PYP
had contributed to student learning, academic achievement,
development of learner profile attributes and motivation 

IN (China, Kenya,
Mexico, Russia and the United Kingdom) to understand the
impacts of the PYP exhibition,  the study found overwhelming support from parents,
students and teachers for the exhibition as an activity, and a deep
conviction that this was not only a good use of curriculum time,

In general, the PYP program in the US has resulted in the following:
-increased perceived safety
-increased the importance caring relationships
-increased the importance of fairness
-increased parent involvement in the school and student's life
-increased awareness around bullying and victimizing

In other global contexts the grade 5 exhibition has improved critical thinking skills and international-mindedness
-increased teacher engagement and student participation
-increased reading and numeracy skill level
