With weakening domestic demand, the high financing cost, and the drop of steel prices forecast the decline of profitability in the coming months according to some economist.

This alluded to "Blue China" video and the need for domestic demand in order for laborers to continue to be employed. Not only does this uncertainty jeopardize the workforce it also threatens their developing economy, forcing China to seek extreme and possibly dangerous ways to restore the decline in profit.

The punishment of money laundering, terrorist financing and the nuisance to regulators are driving payments underground; however the Financial Stability Board who coordinate financial rules has attempted to halt the decline in the banks withdrawing from this service.

This cued me to Remittance-migrant worker transfer and its significance to international capital flows, especially the financial consequence to developing countries or individuals in their home country who rely on remittances. For most individuals this is the key source of income to maintain their households. When sending Payments underground, will cause an impact on international trade and it's economic growth.

The wrath lead to Trump threatening to eliminate subsidies as a retaliation to the slashing 15,000 jobs. This quickly rattled investors to bid down on GM shares.

This touches on the 2008 bailout that gave GM billions in financing from (TARP) other subsidies like tax credits, including electric cars in order to save and continue to employ, boost U.S. employment and the manufacturing rebirth. For instance, if the trade balance is negative, meaning imports have exceeded export totals but you gain from the relationship is not ideal. Ideally, the Federal Reserve will need to rise interest rates to avoid inflation.

This article touches on the reading of Socialism Leads to Empty Shops and how revenues need to be higher than their cost for imports. The "Soft budget constraint" in this competitive market leads to economic inefficiency to which trickles down into inflation. Hard budget constraints like bringing down spending relative to production will project revenue.
