As a regular customer who always enjoys the space and quality of your coffee, I am extremely pleased to hear from you. Same disappointment with my recent experience at 14:40 on May 27, 2024.</p><p>Upon entering the store, I encountered a rather unfriendly attitude from the staff. Although it was a relatively quiet time, I was not warmly welcomed. Instead, I was treated as an inconvenience. When I approached the counter to order, the barista seemed disinterested and impatient, barely making eye contact and curtly answering my questions about the new seasonal drink.</p><p>The situation got worse when I received my order. Not only was there a mistake in my drink (I asked for a glass of unsweetened tea but was given a glass of regular tea even though I told the staff to take a note), but when I politely pointed out the mistake , the bartender reacted defensively and offered no apology. Instead of promptly correcting the order, I felt as though it was my fault for causing the confusion.</p><p>Additionally, the cleanliness of the seating area left much to be desired. Tables and chairs were not cleaned and there were spills on the floor, making the atmosphere unattractive. The lack of attention to cleanliness is unacceptable, especially for an establishment as highly regarded as Highland Coffee.</p><p>I have always appreciated the high standards of service and product quality at Highland Coffee, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope that this response will be taken seriously and measures put in place to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
