I learned that barbarian originally meant anyone who didn't speak Greek.

I also learned that many density populated cities existed back in the Indus Valley Civilization times.

I found it interesting that most ancient civilizations formed near rivers.

I thought it was interesting they had a decline without really knowing why.

I wonder why they were so peaceful in a violent time of life.

Almost all civilizations were based on rivers.
Harrapa was one of the best cities
Had their own drainage system.
1. Stamps were used while trading
2. Indus valley was very peaceful, barley any signs of war and almost no weapons.

I learned that barbarians which was everyone included, also knew how to talk Greece. The city of harrapa was the best city known to them.

They exchanged or traded items with each other, as well as they used stamps while trading with one another. The Indus Valley was terrible, they got flooded twice a year and had no weapons.

Why didn't they think to fix an issue with the flood? and why didnt they make any weapons when everything was so violent back then?
