    Disagree, The biggest concern in regards to video recommendation algorithms malfunctioning when providing videos to children would be the algorithms providing inappropriate videos to these children.

    An example would be Disney being recently fined 10 million dollars for mislabeling video content on YouTube, exposing children to not age appropriate content.
