A1. Arthur Calwell started a policy named the White Australian Policyand wasn't going to give up on this policy that he made. Arthur also made people frightened after the  Japan bombing and exclaimed that they were going to come back in another 20 years and we wouldn't be able to do anything about it because Australia wouldn't have enough white people to help once they bombed again.
