This made actually constructing the houses much more simple for all parties. It was as if mass production methods were applied to construction. The same applies in many parts of Santa Clarita, except for the fact that that there are two or three basic models instead of just one. Neighborhood pools aren't as common in some areas since many people have private pools, however.
