I personally find almost everything as barriers, however to be more specific I find the methods of teaching as the most common hurdle in India.
2. The methods are so outdated and it does not enable a student to be free to access knowledge about things outside of the curriculum. 
3. Updating methods that involve technology and more practical knowledge.
