         <description><![CDATA[<div>Week 2: In today’s lesson we finished the roll down sequence and started looking at our own phrase which we will develop in later weeks.</div><div><br></div><div>Strengths: I feel that I have improved my balance by spotting and my posture has gotten better because I have concentrated on keeping strong.</div><div><br></div><div>Weakness: I need to watch where I am moving in the space because sometimes I tend to hit something or someone when moving.</div><div><br></div><div>For next week I aim to improve on the phrase and maintain my posture.</div><div>🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Week 3: In this weeks lesson we continued to develop the phrase while practicing the scoot and the roll down sequence. We also started a new sequence called foot swings.</div><div><br></div><div>Strengths: I thought I was good at maintaining a pose during phrase and roll down.</div><div><br></div><div>Weakness: I need to make sure to keep my head down and not look up when I’m rolling down and into different positions.</div><div><br></div><div>Aim: by next week i hope to make my roll down sequence smoother and continue to practice the phrase.</div><div>🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Week 4: Today we finished the phrase and roll down sequence and developed the foot swings further. We also started to look at a foot sequence that we will be doing every week.</div><div><br></div><div>Strengths: I feel that my phrase this week was the best I have done it because I help positions well and make every movement big and confident. My roll down sequence was good and I am getting better at keeping my head down but I need to loosen up a bit in order to make the sequence flow.</div><div><br></div><div>Aims: for next week I aim to continue to practice the sequences and improve on my weaknesses.</div><div>🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Week 6: This week I feel that I didn’t do so well in class, this may have been because I was ill and didn’t give 100% effort. I still thought that the roll down sequence was good but I need to just focus on my timing and posture in everything. </div><div><br></div><div>After half term we will be doing a new class plan where each of us teach our own sequence and develop it to the class.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Tuesday 5th November</div><div><br></div><div>Today we started our new lesson plan, we each had a go at teaching our own dance pieces. First we did the roll down sequence and I think that we all did it very well, I think it is the best I have done it.</div><div><br></div><div>Next we did the swings, I started off well but I need to work on going through my leg rather than just sitting back on the floor.</div><div><br></div><div>Then we did the travelling scoot, Lewis and Charlie showed us their development to this technique. I found it quite challenging and will practice it it hopes to improve it as the weeks go on.</div><div><br></div><div>We then did the foot warm ups which I also found challenging, I need to learn the sequence properly in order to improve it.</div><div><br></div><div>Sophie, Megan and Joseph then showed us the Adage sequence. I thought I did it rather well as it was my first time doing it but as the weeks go on I only hope to improve upon it.</div><div><br></div><div>We finally did the feet jumping exercise with Kali and Barbra, this sequence did not stick with me for a while as I got a little bit confused but when Kali and Barbra explained it more clearly I got it in the end.</div><div>🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tuesday 12 November</div><div><br></div><div>Today we continued with our new style class where each of us teach different pieces to the class. First we did the roll down sequence, I feel that I have nearly perfected it however I need to remember to not look up and keep my head down.</div><div><br></div><div>Next we did foot swings on the floor. Myself and Joe taught this to the class and thought it went well, we have developed it into a new sequence and will continue to developing it later on.</div><div><br></div><div>Then Lewis and Charlie taught us their new development to the travelling scoot, I found it to be a little confusing at first but as it got explained I got it in the end.</div><div><br></div><div>Sophie, Megan and Joseph then continued with their adage sequence. It wasn’t very difficult to do and I think I was quite good at doing it.</div><div><br></div><div>Finally Kali went through her new sequence of the feet jumps.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Tuesday 3rd December</div><div> Today we started the lesson by going over what we have done so far in our phrase. We looked at the details in the phrase to polish it and make all the movements done properly.</div><div><br></div><div>Strengths: I think that I am doing the weight transfer well and a lot of the movements I am doing look sharp.</div><div><br></div><div>Weakness: I need to work on one of the turns and make sure my leg is resting on my knee not behind or in front of it.
