I think Plagiarism is when someone else uses another person's hard work and play it of as if it is yours . One way most people commit Plagiarism that you really don't realize most of the time is Copy & Pasting. Some things you can do to prevent accidentally Plagiarizing is thinking for yourself or giving lots of credit to your provider .

I think that plagiarism is using someones else's words or pictures and not giving credit to the person or not having permission to use the text or picture that they are using. Some ways we can avoid it is by using websites that teacher approved so that you are using accurate and correct information. Also if you are using something from the web, make sure to cite where you found your information. Also, if a site seems sketchy , don't use it.

Plagiarism is using work of another person on any form of media (books, articles, pictures, art etc. etc.) and not crediting them for it. Also if you link the article and cite where you found it but didn't quote the sentences that you directly copied that can be another form of plagiarism . We can prevent and potentially end the epidemic of plagiarism by siting our sources and quoting when we directly copy text we quote it even if the website is cited .Together we can end the problem of plagiarism.

Plagiarism to me is taking someones idea and making it or calling you own. Another way of plagiarism is taking someone idea and not giving enough to the original person that had the idea first. For example Colin could have a idea for a car and I overhear him and i make that car and it becomes super famous and I say that it was my idea even though it was his idea. Also plagiarism is a crime!!! we can stop plagiarism by giving the person enough credit or come up with your own idea.

A way to avoid prosecution of plagiarism is by either crediting the author directly or dont exactly copy use some of your own words in your writing. It is very disrespectful to writers when you copy their work, you wouldnt want others stealing your writing and taking credit for it on an assignment.

Also its when you take somebodies statement or joke and you call it your own like your the creator of it. Claiming its yours or that nobody can take "your credit" even though you copied them. We can avoid plagiarism by having our own dividers and we put words in which someone wouldn't know therefore they cant copy your work. Also we can make sure that we use our own words so they will be confused and will mistake it for something else. We can tell other people if we see somebody using plagiarism.

Plagiarism is when someone copies or takes from another author or site without giving credit or asking for permission. While much is already being done to combat plagiarism on many platforms and websites, it is still a problem. To combat this issue far more efficiently, human and AI moderators should be implemented and be able to tell if a copyrighted material is being posted/published by a user who doesn't own said material. This would be useful in discouraging, as well as encouraging authors to make their own content. Personally, we can quote or paraphrase information we are given.

I think that plagiarism is when you steal someones work (intentionally or not). We can avoid plagiarism in multiple ways. The easiest way is to cite each others work. This is easy! All you have to do it state (in easy to read & understand writing) where it came from at who owns it. For example, "This cat photo comes from www.catsforallcora.com by Cora Cooper. This gives credit to the website and the creator of the website.

This my opinion on what plagiarism is and how we can possibly avoid it.
