Ethics of Care:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Care connects the Ethics of Justice by prompting a focus on restorative justice, which seeks to repair harm and restore relationships.</p></li><li><p>Care intersects with the Ethics of Profession by guiding the school leaders to act with compassion and empathy within their professional roles.</p></li><li><p>Care also ties into critique, by asking if the school is providing a caring and safe enviroment for all students.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Ethics of Justice:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Justice connects to the Ethics of Profession by requiring school leaders to act within the bounds of legal and ethical guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Justice intersects with the Ethics of Care, which reminds them to consider the individual circumstances and needs of the students.</p></li><li><p>Justice also requires ethics of critique, to make sure that school policies are just, and being applied justly.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Ethics of Critique:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Critique intersects the Ethics of Care by prompting a focus on addressing systemic inequalities that may contribute to student vulnerability.</p></li><li><p>Critique connects to the Ethics of Justice by challenging unjust policies and practices.</p></li><li><p>Critique is essential to the ethics of profession, by asking if professional standards are up to date with current societal norms.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Ethics of Profession:</strong></p><ul><li><p>The Ethics of Profession encompasses elements of all other paradigms.</p></li><li><p>It requires school leaders to act with care, justice, and critical awareness within their professional roles together into a plan of action&nbsp;</p></li></ul>]]></description>
