         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Summary:</strong> Global warming is air pollutants and greenhouse gases that collect in the atmosphere. Global Warming has started too effect a lot of people, animals, and the environment. Global climate change has already had effects on the environment. Glaciers have shrunk, ice on rivers and lakes are breaking up earlier, plants and trees are starting flowering sooner. "Research shows that perceived stress in the workplace, for example, is associated with a higher prevalence of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety." Adults spend about one-third of their life at work.
