Gender Identity typically falls on a gender binary—individuals are expected to exclusively identify either as male or female. However, some individuals believe that this binary model is illegitimate and identify as a third, or mixed, gender.
Jazz is an example of one who was diagnosed with gender identity disorder at a very young age. It relates to Twelfth Night somewhat. Viola disguised herself as Cesario. It related to Gender Identity.

I feel like this photo speaks and says a lot about identity. It shows, "One Person, Two Faces". This photo is relevant to today because, people, disguise themselves, and change their identity to someone else, and end up covering up who they really are. It's just like what makeup does. It covers the real you. This relates to Twelfth Night because, Viola dressed up as Cesario, covering up her true self.

Will you deny me now?Is ’t possible that my deserts to youCan lack persuasion? Do not tempt my misery,Lest that it make me so unsound a manAs to upbraid you with those kindnessesThat I have done for you. (3.4.364-369

Suddenly, Antonio enters. He sees Cesario and mistakes him for his beloved Sebastian, and tells Sir Andrew that he, Antonio, will fight Sir Andrew in Sebastian’s place. Several Illyrian officers burst onto the scene. They have recognized Antonio—a wanted man in Illyria—and arrest him. Antonio, realizing that he will need to pay a bail bond in order to free himself, asks Cesario, whom he still believes is Sebastian, to return his purse (which Antonio gives to Sebastian in Act III, scene iii). Viola, however, has no idea who Antonio is. Antonio thinks that Sebastian is betraying him by pretending not to know him, and he is heartbroken. This relates to today because, people, mistaken each other for someone else. Like this picture of identical twins. Parents confuse them for each other, and I'm talking with personal experiences.

Dear lad, believe it; For they shall yet belie thy happy yearsThat say thou art a man. Diana’s lipIs not more smooth and rubious, thy small pipeIs as the maiden’s organ, shrill and sound,And all is semblative a womans part. (1.4.32-37)

I feel like bigender relates to the theme of identity because, it reminds me a lot of Cesario, who really is Viola. Bigender is a gender identity which can be literally translated as 'two genders' or 'double gender'. Bigender people experience exactly two gender identities, either simultaneously or varying between the two. These two gender identities could be male and female, but could also include non-binary identities.
This picture is of a bigender couple. There is a female, and a bigender in the relationship
