That's why it’s not proportionate because I am small like 4 '11 or 5 feet tall, I also have a mole on my chin and medium-length hair. In terms of Physical Health, I prioritized last year that I go to the gym 6 times a week, but I already stopped and started to get involved in stress eating, instead of going to the gym I invest in checking up on my mental health. While in terms of fashion and style, for me it is how I express myself, my wardrobe is just like a reflection of myself. My physical self includes my looks, health, and how I interact with my body. It is important in forming my self-concept, impacting my self-esteem, and acting as an instrument for how we express ourselves. Recognizing and embracing my physical self is a continual path of self-discovery that allows me to appreciate my body's distinctiveness
