First, the artists that I adore helped me recognize that life is not an easy task regardless of whether you are rich or poor. Second, the songs that I usually listen to made me appreciate the little things in life like hanging out with friends. Third, the videos and films that I enjoy made me discover that I am a fan of many things but especially things that revolve around mystery, comedy, and relatable content. Overall, I enjoy the media that I intake because of how they allow me to discover myself as a person deeper and influence me to see things on the brighter side.

I would say that the media I like are healthy. The media I consume could be categorized in two categories: Researched/Informative and Fun/Entertainment. For researched, such as Rotten Mango and Game Theory, they are the types of media that go into detail about a certain topic through research by multiple individuals, while for fun, it is the media that I just watch or listen to just for entertainment like LDShadowLady and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Majority of the media that I consume on the daily are researched because at a young age, I was taught to not easily believe content found on the internet. Additionally, with the help of MIL, I am aware on how to critically analyze media that could influence my beliefs and actions.
