· Provide guidance and support on the assessment requirements

· Agree assignment submission dates with candidates. These dates may be amended if appropriate following request from candidate in writing.

· Meet with other tutors and the programme coordinator to monitor, agree and maintain standards

 

The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes, presented in your portfolio. To achieve a ‘pass’ you must have successfully passed all the assessment criteria and in order to do this you will need to: -

 

• Complete the workbook in full, providing good quality, clear answers to the questions.

•  Complete the assignments and tasks provided, using clear answers, which explain and justify how you have arrived at your conclusions.

•  Provide an on-going reflective account of your activities and learning pathway.

•  Design a Scheme of Work and Session Plan for a teaching session of your choice.

•  Deliver a micro-teach session of 15 minutes duration.

Involve yourself in at least one hour of teaching activity, which includes the 15 micro-teach session, and written feedback to your peers who are delivering their 15 minute session.

Make sure that you work has a title, page numbers and is dated. Please don't use poly pockets for your work.
