Team working skills 10/10 You need to get along with each other. all jobs whether manager or staff need to work with other people. however for managers its more important as they have to work with all their staff regularity in meetings and be able to manage and work with their staff . Technicians also need to be able to work with others, although not as often as managers, and this characteristics in not valued as high as managers. 
    2. Planning & organisation skills 10/10 It is very critical to do it at all costs. especially for managers as they have to manage and organise lots of staff. Staff need to also have some of these skills so they could do thier job effectively.

    when it comes to being on time it is a very important thing in the workplace that we take very serious because if just the one thing is late and/or delayed anything can go wrong which makes things very difficult. its important for BOTH managers and staff to be on time, for work, for meetings. if you are not on time there will be disciplinary procedures and you could lose your job, so its very important

    problem solving skills
    when it comes to problem in the workplace using experience and memory to solve a problem is key in the workplace. Managers require more problem solving skills then technicians as staff will often come to the managers to help them solve their problems.

    1a. staff - write notes to the deliveries in case of something wrong or sending updates.

    2. verbal communication (eye contact and body language - Manager - it is more important with mangers as they have to communicate with a lot of people.
    2a. Staff - very important communicating with staff customers and phone calls in general.

    3. non-verbal communication Manager - it's important because mangers need to manage staff but do it in an authorative friendly way by using approachable and clear non - verbal language.
    3a. Staff - non verbal skills are not as important for technicians as they work mainly on their own. although non-verbal skills are required for all staff.

    4. numeracy skills - Manger - more important in mangagement because of financail, payments or services.
