When asked what women should do when harassed Bill O' Reilly said, "You don't like what's happening in the workplace, go to human resources or leave".

PCP was later found in the car and an autopsy report found that he did indeed have the drug in his system, but his family believed that stating this face took away from the fact that he was shot unarmed. 2)I read a book called, "The Hate You Give" about unarmed black shootings and I became interested in the topic ever since

3) Racial prejudice from history: There are so many shootings of unarmed black people because of racial disagreement and simply racism. It is not okay to be attacked like that just because of race.

The main point of this article is to address how significantly science is changing.  If we keep making scientific advancements like this it is possible that instead of putting premature babies in incubators or just hoping for the best, we could put them in these “wombs” and we will let them keep growing to what they’re supposed to be.
  2. I chose this because I think it is really interesting how much science is changing and with everything happening there is so much we will be able to do in the future.
  3. In a way this can connect to the weapon and medical advances we saw in the Civil War.  They started off with weapons that were very hard to use and ended up with so much more.  Also we didn’t even know about bacteria back then and look how far we’ve gotten by now, we’re growing cattle in bags.

  1. 300,000 child refugees are travelling alone the highest number in record. That amount has nearly quintupled the record of the number of child refugees travelling alone. Many of those children are in danger from smugglers, sex traffickers and other predators. That number could also be more because that number is only from registered immigrants. 
  2. I thought it was interesting that people around our age are travelling through dangerous situations alone to find a better life. 
  3. This article connects to what we learned this year about immigrants coming to the US in hope of finding a better life. These children are leaving their family and home because they think that they can find a better life in Europe or the US.

Why I Chose This:
When I first saw this article 3 days ago (May 15) I didn’t understand why everyone cared so much about what Wonder Woman ate. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 had been endorsed by Doritos so why couldn’t Wonder Woman be endorsed by ThinkThin?
