There is a young, dreamy, German student that looks like a hero. He is smiling and holding a Nazi flag. There are masculine colors like red black and brown.
2. This poster from 1936 emphasizes the role of students for the "Führer and People." This could often be publicized in areas that young men are often like a poster around a school campus.
3. Nazi propagandists were especially concerned to reach and persuade German youth, the future leaders of the nation, to support the goals and policies of the Nazi Party. The central character is the physical embodiment of the Nazi ideal for the Aryan race: young, strong, blond and dedicated.
4. I think that this does get the message across because it is positive and makes it seem like it is a good thing to join.

The colors are dark and bland which gives the photo a "dark" effect.

2 - Poster was created in late 1943 or early 1944. The poster is designed by Hans Schweitzer. The poster says "The Jew: the inciter of war, the prolonger of war." The drawing was designed for posters.

3 - The intended audience was the Nazis because the poster is discriminating against Jews. We believe that the creator wanted the audience to form a hatred for the Jews.

4 - We believe that the poster gets the message across to the Nazis because the Nazis blame the Jews for the war. This poster is not believed to be fair because the Nazis were the only nationality who had a problem with Jews. The poster is negative because it is discriminatory against a religious group.

1. Description : A hand more like a claw extending over landmarks. There is a soviet insignia on the hand. The hand is also being stabbed as it tries to grab land.
2. Th Nazi party is behind this. Formally it was passed as posters. Most of the buildings are landmarks from different countries.
3. The message is Communism is the arm of greed and will try to take everything. Also the hand being stabbed represents that communism must be struck a blow before it spreads. This was obliviously for the populace to encourage them to stop communism in it's tracks
4. I say the job it was intended for is successful. To me it has a negative feeling. Tries to portray all communist as power hungry expansionist.

"Behind the Enemy's Power: The Jew"

1. There is a ugly fat Jewish man standing behind the flags of the Soviet Union, Britain and the U.S. He has the Star of David hanging from a chain, which in turn is hanging from his jacket. We think the the Germans portrayed him to be fat, ugly and hunched over to show through body language that Jews are not normal

2. The piece was created in 1942 by someone we think to be anonymous at the moment? The official title of the poster is "Behind the enemy powers: the Jew".

3. The Jew is shown to be standing behind the flags of the Soviet Union, Britain and the U.S, so the intended audience are the Germans. We think this because those were the opposing forces of Germany. The creator wanted the audience to think that Jews are bad, and cowards because they're behind the flags of other countries. This was meant to stir up the idea that Jews are ready to start a war, through the other countries. It's showing that the Jews are controlling the Allied Powers which expresses the title "Behind the Enemy Powers"; they're the driving force in the eyes of the Germans

4. If it was viewed by the German population in the way it was intended to be, then it was effective and expresses the message that it's trying to too. To us, it's not fair because it's using wrongful symbolism, to show that the Jews are the driving forces of the Allied Powers.

This poster was circulated during the time leading up to World War 2
3. This poster's purpose is to try and encourage young people to join the German military and defend the German way of life as it is their figurative body and soul
4. Yes, this poster did achieve its purpose because it encouraged people to join the military. It is glorifying Germans and the militaristic way of life, however, which was used to persuade people.

The flowers make it look more gentle and less hostile than the Nazis truly were. In the bottom part it is saying that they are asking for people to give money for the youth and hostels to help build Germany. It was created by the Nazi party in Germany in WWII. I think the key message behind this is to show that the Nazi party is good and is actually trying to help the country. We think the key audience behind this propaganda is people with children and i think they wanted to feel like the party was doing something good and wanted them to give money to the cause. I think this message is kind of successful but i dont think its fair because it is using the child to promote their terrible organization.

1. the overall image shows an obvious negative connotation towards the bolsheviks and their communist ideologies. the red fire indicates the wrongness and negativity that the communist party within Russia may bring to Nazi Germany. The dead man, clearly portrayed with the star of communism, shows the death of people through the use of communism.
2. The piece is an anti Bolshevism (communist) propaganda. The piece was done during the rise of the Nazi party that had strong ideologies towards capitalism and against that of communism, which was one of their largest political rivals at the time. The piece shows obvious textual condemnation of the Bolsheviks "
3. based on the given facts of the fact that this was made during the rise of the Nazi party to try and eliminate all threat to their rise, we can assume several things from the image that may be received similarily by whomever viewed the propaganda at the time. the piece condemns Communists and their Bolshevik ways, thus allowing the general German population to become more favored towards the Nazi party and less so to any other socialist or communist party. It also ignites fear. within the people to avoid any thing that may be similar to that of Russia.
4. If viewed by the set of german population, it is easy to see how this piece of propaganda is very effective at what exactly it is capable of doing, it evokes the fires of hate towards any Rivals to the Nazi party and definitely promotes the "better" ideologies of the Nazi party.

If they are buying the goods they are overall helping out in the making of a strong empire.

Step 4 (Evaluation):

This message is communicated successfully because it clearly shows a Nazi solider ¨building¨ an empire. It also tells you the message with the letters on the top and bottom.

The message is fair and straightforward, it doesn't tell any lies but it does try and trick you . It does try to manufacture a sense of patriotism in an attempt to take the citizens money though.

This image conveys a positive message for the Germans , but the rest of the world the growth of Germany could be very bad.

Examples of propaganda in society today are in the magazines , television ads, and the ads that pop up on your cell phone. Also the radio is filled with propaganda and tries to get you to buy something

Propaganda urges today’s people to go out and buy the good that is being advertised. Propaganda makes today’s people overall more materialized because it makes them feel as if they must have the latest things.
