7. Distraction and noises, take deep breath take 5 mins. Own beliefs. Right mental and emotional space to clear mind. Listen to ourselves to become better listeners. Teach listening in school as a subject. 

8. More understanding and we would get to a yes more often. Stops misunderstanding. 

9. More understanding, regulate emotions better. Better communication and promotes diversity.

Changed Outlook of the department because wasn't heard and the outcome didn't go as expected.
