GOH is something I would like to keep working hard for to uphold the standards and be proud of how far I was able to get in my NPCC journey

I look up to everyone who has put in the effort to do the best they can to make this parade look very nice

My journey in NPAP has been extremely challenging and fun so far. I get to meet new and amazing people while allowing me to sharpen my drills and learn more.

My journey in NPAP so far is very tiring and we kept going through the same thing over and over but I enjoyed the most because if you struggle, in the end you will be successful after the NPAP is finish. It is not for our trainers that is doing the parade, it's is us then represents our unit.

Goh represents to me respect, discipline, and the cadets' commitment to preserving law and order. It also demonstrate dedication to the NPCC's values of Resilience, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. and I am lucky to be in goh because it's a one time thing and very rare for the sirs and ma'am to choose u to be in goh contingent.

My journey in npap so far was tiring and challenging , even though we have to sacrifice our Saturday for this training and go through many truncated run, I feel like it will be so worth it in the end because we not only representing ourself but to my own school unit too.

Thank you to the sirs and ma'ams who have been teaching us since day 1 that we came into hta. It has also been difficult for you to teach us because some of us are unfamiliar with rifle drills. Thank you also for helping us in sharpening our drills without you guys, I doubt we would be able to do so. I hope we can appreciate this year and make it a memorable npap 25 together as one GOH!

I look forward to see everyone persevere till the actual npap day, i wish to no one be reserved to supporting con.

GOH means honour and discipline to me. It means not just settling in mediocrity but striving for excellence. When the going gets tough, I am to push through and continue to do my best (or even more). It is about constant practice and forcing myself to do what I don’t wish to to get better. It also means perseverance to me, bouncing back up immediately after failures.

I look up to everyone who puts in their very best effort and persevering through all the training sessions. To me, they set the standard of how a GOH should be like, always aiming to be better. I also look up to all Sirs/Ma’ams who put in their best effort into training us even though they have their own busy schedules as well

I feel that my journey has been a challenging yet fulfilling one. To be honest, it is not easy to keep on practising, working on every single detail of the drill, especially when the training sessions are very long. It is a great learning curve for me at it might be hard to keep up with the sequences at times. But at the same time, I have pushed myself beyond my boundaries and met many new people in this journey

Thank you to all the Sirs and Ma’am’s who have made this parade/trainings possible. Thank you for always treating us patiently and supporting us in what we do. Thank you for all the guidance/patience you have given us and I can say that I look forward to every session because of all of you.

GOH means Honour and Unity. The hard word that I have put in, I belong in GOH

I look up to my sirs and ma'am for attire inspection on what needs to be done and adjust my no.1 uniform. I also look up to my new friends that they have put in effort throughout the NPAP 2025.

GOH means to me a honour and recognition of the hard work i have been doing to get here for the past 2 years in npcc.The reason i feel this way is Npcc has personally mentally challenged me which made me have ups and downs but knowing i have been put on GOH for npap 2025,Its really a honour and blessing not only to me but also my family as i feel appreciated that my TOs sees the potential in me as a future aspiring leader and chose me to be an inspiration for my potential juniors.

Personally for me is definitely my cadet inspectors,Sir Lufty,Sir Rayyan,Maam Lydia and Maam Jiying.They are the people who have been supporting me the moment i received the news of being in GOH and have been very patient with me as they have experienced NPAP before and they even took a step further to teach me a week before training and they would always check up on me to see how am i coping so far.I really look up to them as they are my motivation and really give me the mindset,if they can do it i can too.I look up to all the contigent commanders as well as they are going through GOH training with us so it gives me a sense of confidence that im not going through this training alone.Lastly i look up to every cadet in GOH 2,This is because they all got selected and they help me to be a better person by teaching me and being patient as one for all all for one.

Many people know GOH as guard of Honour, who present formal respect and tribute to important figures. However, being part of the GOH is an honor that comes with immense responsibility. It is a role that demands discipline, unity, and unwavering commitment. The rigorous training GOH undergo is not just about perfecting our drills—it is about pushing our limits, standing tall with pride, and embodying the values of excellence and respect.

As a GOH, we don’t just represent our school—we represent the spirit and dignity of the entire parade. Every synchronized step, every sharp salute, and every moment of stillness is a display of the dedication we uphold as one GOH contingent. It is an experience that instills a sense of purpose, resilience, and deep respect. Standing in formation, feeling the weight of my number 1 uniform, and hearing the commanding voice echo through the parade square, I am reminded of why I have been chosen. It is not just about looking sharp as a GOH—it is about proving to myself and others that I am capable of excellence.

Being a GOH is a privilege, and I wear this role with pride. The journey is tough, but the honor is greater. And in that moment, when we stand as one, unwavering and proud, I know that every challenge, every sacrifice, and every ounce of effort would have been worth it all the blood, sweat and tears.

In every parade, precision and discipline are key—but behind the seamless execution lies a leader who ensures everything runs smoothly. For me, that is the parade commander. Without her, the parade would not function with the same level of coordination, confidence, and excellence that we strive for.

The moment she steps forward, her unwavering confidence fills the air. Her voice carries strength and authority.

Without her, the parade would lack the direction and unity that makes it truly special. I am grateful to be able to witness her, and I hope that one day I will embody the same level of confidence, commitment, and excellence that she does.

You push us beyond our limits, not because it is easy, but because you believe in our potential. The long hours, the unwavering guidance, and the high standards you uphold remind us that true leadership is built through action and not words. Without you, none of this would be possible. Your presence is just as vital to the parade. Your vigilance and proactiveness ensure that every one of us is well, allowing us to give our best without worry. Training for this parade has been anything but easy. The long hours, the countless drills, and the constant corrections have pushed me in ways I never expected. My arms ache from holding the rifle, my legs feel like they could give way at any moment, and the endless nagging from our trainers echoes in my head even after training ends. But somehow, despite the exhaustion, I know it’s all worth it.

Every training tests not just my physical endurance but also my mental strength. Through all the sweat and sore muscles, I’ve come to appreciate the process. The feeling of standing in perfect formation, moving in sync with the contingent, and seeing our hard work pay off would be incredibly rewarding.

However, what truly makes this journey memorable is the companionship. The shared laughter between drills, the encouragement when we’re struggling, and the silent understanding that we’re all in this together make the tough moments bearable. The girls push each other forward, complain together, but most importantly, we grow together.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about executing perfect drills—it’s about the bonds we’ve formed, the resilience we’ve built, and the pride we feel knowing we’ve given our all. No matter how tough the training gets, I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. Because when the parade day finally comes, and we stand together as one, I know that every sore muscle, every correction, and every moment of struggle will have been worth it.

I felt that GOH shows honour and unity when I watch parades before. But as I joined GOH contingent in NPAP for trainings, it made me understand that all the honour and unity that is shown to others comes from all the hard work and practice that is done.

GOH means a lot of expectations of my friends, teachers and myself. I understand how much my teachers and friends wish to see me march out in a GOH contingent and their expectations of my performance. This means a lot to me and pushes me to practice harder to be able to qualify to be in the GOH contingent, not letting them down. I also expect myself to do my best in GOH trainings to show everyone that I can actually persevere through and succeed to stay in GOH contingent in the end.

Not only that, GOH also means a huge responsibility and a chance of stepping out of my comfort zone. GOH shows honour and unity to others, but it is also a huge responsibility as I need to work hard enough to show others the honour and unity in GOH by perfecting the drills and bring the best side of GOH to everyone watching. This is also a chance for me to step out of my comfort zone by getting to know more people as I am an introvert person in public.

To me, I look up to everyone that is joining the parade. This is as everyone is taking time away from their rest or other stuffs to come for trainings to make NPAP a successful parade. Everyone puts in their hard work and persevered through all the trainings, improving together every time which also brings me the motivation to do my best and persevere through.

But if there is a specific group of people that I look up to, it would be the GOH squat mates and the trainers. Although I know not much of the people in the GOH2 squat, I really look up to everyone inside as they give me motivations to persevere when I see them doing their best too. Not only them, I also look up on all the trainers that have taught us as they have gave me a lot of help in perfecting the drills and have put in a lot of efforts to do so. I am very thankful for their help and motivations.

When I first learnt about GOH, I saw it as a symbol of exceptional drill standards. However, after becoming part of the GOH contingents, I realised that GOH represents much more. It embodies discipline, resilience and teamwork, qualities forged among each and every cadet through countless hours of training. Behind every drill executed during the parade is time and effort dedicated to ensure proficiency. To me, GOH is not just about looking sharp, it is about the pride, commitment, and relentless pursuit of excellence that defines those who wear the No. 1 Uniform. It is indeed a honour to be part of the GOH contingents.

There are many people in NPAP 2025 who I look up to. Among them are the ensigns and trainers in CFP (Yi Sin Ma’am!!) who never failed to make NPAP trainings enjoyable and fulfilling for all the Armed Escorts. I am extremely grateful for the invaluable feedback given to us by them throughout the course of my NPAP 2025 journey. Undoubtedly, my heartfelt respect also goes to everyone who has put away time to contribute to NPAP 2025 in one way or another.

Lastly, I also look up to SPF-NPCC Valedictorian 2025, SI (NPCC) Kang Jing En Michelle from SC6 and SSgt (NPCC) Chong Chyan Yu Cristalle from SFP 2 for their unwavering dedication to NPCC.

My NPAP 2025 journey has been a rollercoaster of challenges and growth, but undeniably enriching. As RGNP is a sea unit, rifle drills were never part of our rank promotion requirements. As a result, up to the point when NPAP manpower allocations were released, I barely knew any. Needless to say, I panicked. In the week leading up to our first training, I scrambled to learn the required drills, scouring every resource I could find.

With each NPAP training, I definitely have become more familiar with rifle drills and the parade sequence. Undoubtedly, these trainings have been exhausting. After every truncated run, my beret and hair would be soaked with sweat. They pushed both my physical endurance and mental resilience. Yet, through the exhaustion, I received invaluable feedback that enabled me to improve. Each correction, whether from peers or trainers, helped me to grow. More than anything, I forged friendships—the most precious part of this journey. Bonding over shared struggles was certainly a special and effective way to create a sense of camaraderie among all of us.

My NPAP journey so far has been great and memorable as for the past few sessions i actually made some friends with people from different schools and i learnt different things from them such as how to make my No1 uniform better and how to better do my drills,Overall the journey has been though and challenging me physically and mentally but i will not and never give up as ive recieved the guard of honour title and i will uphold it untill the actual npap day parade

Thank you to all the hardworking CIs SIs Sirs and Maams who have been working tirelessly behind the scene to ensure the actual parade runs smoothly.Thank you to everyone who has also supported me through my journey.And thank you for the medics who looked after the fasting cadets during ramadan training.I hope i will be one of the few cadet who get to march out proudly with the no1 uniform that i deserve

It has been tiring but rewarding. Marching while holding the rifle has been tiring but the sense of accomplishment I feel is very rewarding. I have also met many people who I wouldn't have met without this. Although it has been challenging, I will not give up

Being part of the GOH contingent in NPAP is a honour and responsibility for me. It represents discipline, excellence and also resilience. Every rifle drill must be precise and the training has pushed me to be more focused, resilient and committed. I look up to the parade commander because they carry a huge responsibility of leading the entire parade with confidence and precision. Their ability to command a large contingent while staying composed under pressure is inspiring. It takes hard work, discipline and strong leadership to reach that position, and seeing their dedication motivates me to improve my own drills and discipline to make them proud of me.

My journey in NPAP so far has been challenging but rewarding. The training is tiring, requires discipline and resilience, and alot of practice to perfect every drill and uniform standards. During the training during the fasting month was tougher as I have to push through fatigue and thirst while staying sharp. Despite that I see it as a lesson of resilience and dedication. Being the only one from the unit makes me appreciate this opportunity even more. It is an honour to represent my unit and i am grateful to experience to train alongside others who share the same dedication. Despite the struggles, I am proud to be part of this journey.

To all the trainers and coordinators, thank you for your unwavering dedication and hard work in shaping us into the best version of ourselves. Your patience and dedication inspire me to push through even when it is tough. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of NPAP and I appreciate the effort you put behind the scenes. Your support means alot and I will give my best to make it all worth it. Thank you!

Being a part of GOH is like a big accomplishment for me something i would never forget and its like a mile stone to me and i would try my best everytime to perform during training in order to earn my spot in the parade.

I look up to my sirs and maams i really admire them they give me the motivation to perform good when training and their always so funny making training enjoyable.

Being apart of GOH means a lot to me and would definitely be something I will never be able to forget. Being able to train with so many other schools is such a thrilling experience for me. The honour of standing at the very front of the parade is special to me. I really look forward to training together as a contingent and striving to do our best together.

I really look up to my sirs and maams. It is because of them that we know what to do and do our best. They are all very patient in teaching us and always encourages us. It is not easy looking after so many cadets so I think that they are amazing for caring for us whilst making sure the parade goes smoothly.

So far, I think that my journey has been going quite well. Of course, I will still face some hard times but at least I know that I am not alone and we are going through it together. I always have someone to talk to or turn to when ever i am facing troubles.

Thank you to all the sirs, maams and coordinators for planning this parade and for teaching us patiently. When we first came to hta some of us did not know how to execute rifle drills, the sirs and maams still taught us patiently and did not scold us whenever we made mistakes. Thank you for always being so patient and encouraging towards us.

Being part of GOH makes me proud to be in this year's NPAP GOH contingent. It reflects the hard work I have put in to earn this opportunity, and I will give my best effort not only during training but also on non-training days. GOH is a significant milestone for me, and I will cherish this once-in-a-lifetime experience. It teaches me discipline, excellence, and steadfastness in duty. I look forward to learning even more, and strive to work together with my squadmates.

I look up to many people in NPAP. First and foremost, I deeply admire my trainers. I appreciate their patience with us, even though we are not the best at rifle drills. Their constant guidance and feedback motivate me to work harder and improve my mistakes, knowing that they genuinely want us to get better.

I also admire the first aid team. Watching them in action during NPAP training once left me in awe. I truly appreciate their hard work in keeping us all safe, especially in the hot weather, and I hope they are taking care of themselves as well.

My journey in NPAP has been quite fulfilling so far. Of course, not every moment has been easy. The biggest challenge for me has been coping with the scorching hot weather. However, my GOH 2 squadmates have always been there to support me through training. Despite the heat, I’ve really enjoyed learning drills and often find myself looking forward to the next NPAP session. Training has been fun because it allows me to improve myself while also spending time with my friends.

Thank you to everyone in NPAP for continuously pushing us forward and being patient with us. Even though there are moments of discipline, I understand that they are necessary for us to learn from our mistakes. And thank you for constantly reminding us to drink water and looking out for our health :))

GOH means to me is to be the best and a role model, to have other people to look up at me. It also means i have to take honour and pride to show others that im not like others.

I look up to the sirs and ma’am’s in NPAP especially shannon ma’am who is also my CI in school. Even though npap is tough, she always supports me and encourages me to do better. Her smile always brings me joy whenever i see her and that’s who i look up most to

So far NPAP has been a wonderful experience even if it was really hard but at least i did not do it alone. I am so thankful i had this opportunity to be in GOH and also make new friends from other schools. The GOH girls makes my time in npap the best and never wanting it to end

Hi sirs and ma’am’s, thank you for being there for not just me but for everyone. I will never forget this part of my life since you guys have supported me throughout NPAP. I’m so nervous whenever it comes to meeting new people but actually meeting you guys is the best thing that happend to me in my NPCC journey. I’m sorry if i suck at rifle drills but i really am trying to improve on them, i love how you guys help me out with my hormat since it was really bad. GOH is also more than marching in my opinion but also discipline, teamwork, and perseverance as this experience has taught me to push past my limits. I deeply admire my trainers, especially the CI in my school, Ma'am Issie. Their dedication, patience, and constant encouragement have helped me improve so much throughout this journey. Even though we are definitely not perfect when it comes to rifle drills, they never give up on us. Instead, they guide us patiently, correct our mistakes, and push us to do better because they genuinely want us to improve. Their passion for NPCC and their high expectations for us motivate me to work harder and strive for excellence. No matter how tiring or difficult training gets, they continue to give their best, and that inspires me to do the same. Without their support and belief in us, I wouldn’t have come this far. It has been a very tough fight but I believe we are all improving as a contingent

To me, GOH means to be a good role model for your juniors especially and peers, where you are always open for everyone to ask you for help.

To me, i look up to sirs and ma'ams as they really inspired me to be good role model as they know when to have fun and when to be serious. They really taught me on how to do certain drills and really being very patient with me which I really appreciate them. Thank you sirs and ma'ams!

My journey in NPAP has been challenging but incredibly rewarding. When I first started, I definitely struggled with self-doubt and pressure as I was unsure if I could meet the high expectations of a GOH cadet. I compared myself to others and felt like I was falling behind or not improving fast enough. I was also not very confident with my Rifle Drills so I would end training feeling scared that I would be kicked out of GOH. But over time, training taught me resilience - that growth doesn’t happen overnight and that every struggle is part of the learning process.

One of the biggest takeaways from this journey has been confidence. I used to second-guess my Drills and be afraid of making mistakes. But our trainers have constantly pushed me and encouraged us to not give up. Now, even though I know I still have much to improve on, I have developed the mental strength to push forward rather than doubt myself.

NPAP has also shown me the importance of teamwork. The bond I’ve built with the other Cadets, the way we push each other to improve and stand strong together, has made this experience unforgettable. The long hours, the sweat, and even the moments of frustration are all worth it because we are working toward something bigger than ourselves.

While there is still a long way to go, I am extremely grateful for this journey.

NPAP have been good so far but also tough. However, no matter how tough it is im still going to give my very best effort until the NPAP parade comes. Im really very happy to be inside GOH as the trainers and the GOH girls are very enjoyable which makes me feel so proud to be in.

From day one, you have set high expectations for us and pushed us to improve and be the best we can be. We truly appreciate all the effort, time, and energy you put into training us. Thank you for working tirelessly to ensure that NPAP runs smoothly, for creating so many helpful learning packages and assignments to ensure that we are on the right track, and for motivating us during long training sessions.

I still have a lot to improve on, but I promise to keep pushing myself and striving to meet the standards you have set for us. Thank you for believing in us!

I feel that my journey in NPAP was a full of challenges at first as I do not know much about rifle drills. I rarely got chance to learn rifle drills in cca, so I felt stressed as my rifle drills were terrible and I couldn't catch up with others when I started out. However, during the trainings, the trainers has helped me a lot in perfecting my drills and I feel that I can slowly catch with others already. The journey of NPAP might be full of challenges at first, but now I feel that this journey lets me learn more things like different kinds of drills and teaches me not to give up but to continue working hard to perfect my drills and overcome every single challenges that comes when I am in NPAP. This journey could be tiring and stressful sometimes but with all the motivations and help from everyone, I believe that this journey would get smoother and better with a successful end in the NPAP parade.

I want to thank all the trainers for all their hard work they have put in to patiently help us in perfecting our drills by giving demonstrations and tips on how to get better in our drills.

Being in GOH means to be able to bring honour to our own respective schools-for we are representing them in this parade,where we give our best efforts,try our best and persevere towards any challenges faced along the way

I look up to all the trainers and cadets involved-through these trainings,they all put in immense efforts and determination to give their 100% no matter what they do,or how tiring it can be👍not only so,but they also showed how much effort they put in,from the small details to significant matters🤩

So far,it has been rather a large learning experience,where I was able to get and learn feedback that I sometimes do not always get in school-from learning how to further perfect my drills to meeting new people along the way,it has so far been an very significant learning experience and is quite fun

Being in GOH is a big achievement for me as it shows that hard work in all the CCA trainings really pay off. It has made me more disciplined and made me want to strive for excellence. I used to think the NPAP trainings were tough and how I used to dread attending it as I was not taught some of the drills, I slowly started to like the trainings as I realized that the Sir's and Ma'ams were there to help us. Being in GOH has made me more responsible and want to strive for the best just to show what I am capable of.

I look up to all the trainers and the cadets as all of them have inspired me to always do my best. The trainers have puts lot of effort into our training so that they can accommodate us. They have also made sure that all the cadets always did their best so that we could see that the results would be worth our hard work. For the cadets, they have constantly made one another feel included and cared for as all of us are from different schools. They all stepped out of their comfort zones in order to help one another from perfecting our drills to making our No.1 uniform look nice on us. Everyone involved were patient and understanding.

My journey in NPAP has been amazing so far. The first training was really dreadful as I barely new some of the drills but throughout everything, the trainers have helped me a lot. I can really see how much I have improved just by the help of the trainers. Although they can be scary a times, the trainers have really cared deeply for us which made me look forward to the NPAP trainings. This is also a new exciting experience for me which made me want to perfect my drills even when it's not an NPAP training day.

GOH is my first ever parade and it is a huge opportunity for me to bring honour to my school by representing it in this parade. My first impression of GOH was that it was being perfect but now i have realized that it means being the best by putting in our 100%

I look up to all the trainers and also my fellow cadets as all of them have helped me and guided me through all the times I needed help. I am really happy to have fellow cadets who are willing to help when needed and being a good role model. They also motivate me when I feel tired and give me the thought that we are in this together. The trainers have also been so friendly and approachable and given me a proper response and made sure that I fully understood everything

I would like to thank all the trainers for the hard work and dedication they put into our trainings. You have made me realise that I can always strive for the better even when I think I'm at my limit or it's already the best I can do. You have constantly checked up on us to ensure we were doing well. You have made me really look forward to NPAP. You have made every training memorable and unforgettable. My Journey has been pretty okay so far. Initially, I was always feeling quite unmotivated and after trainings, I would be glad that that was over but now I have slowly started to realize and appreciate the opportunity of me being able to make new friends, improve on my drills, be more resilient and so on. For now, there are still times when I am quite unmotivated but during those times, i remind myself about how lucky I am to be a part of GOH, to represent my school

I would just like to say thank you for all the help and guidance so far and hopefully in the future trainings too. I am really comfortable asking questions now as yall are pretty approachable and give me really clear answers and ensure that I understand everything clearly..I have grown so much in terms of being resilient and also my drill standard and its solely because of you guys. Love yall so muchhhhh

What GOH means to me is being proud of one another for reaching the standard of what GOH is suppose to be. Being able to bring everyone together and unite the contingent together as one. Although the path may be challenging, but as one GOH contingent, we are able to support one another and always be there for each other.

Someone who I look up to is the officers and some of my contingent mates. For the officers, they help us spot mistakes in our drills and improve the swiftness and sharpness of our drills. They also give us encouragement to keep us motivated and striving for our best. As for my contingent mates, I look up to them as they help bring the contingent together and always bring joy to one another. During water breaks, we would always have small conversations with each other and also make jokes to keep us smiling. Although some of our age gaps are different, we are still able to bond together as a whole contingent and also learn to be confident and step out of our comfort zone.

My NPAP journey so far has been well and fruitful, although at the start of the first 2 trainings my drills weren't as well, I remembered to take note of my errors and make use of it to improve on my rifle drills. However, with the trainers guide and support, together with my contingent mates, I was able to learn better and also encourage others to give their best during each training session. Although this year's training is lesser than what I thought it would be, let's thrive to make every training memorable and long lasting.

Being in GOH means to be disciplined, respectful, cooperative and synchronised. Teamwork is important as well, as we dont do things alone in a squad. It also requires alot of hard work as you also need to honour your school. You were picked for a reason afterall.

I personally look up to all of the trainers as they all work hard to plan and execute these trainings, ensuring that we are up to standards.

Overall my journey has been okay. Im glad to be included as i get to see my drills improve, allowing me to help improve my squad back at my school as well.

I would like to thank all of the trainers for being patient with us, even though our drills arent great and we mess up here and there. May you all be rewarded greatly for your patience!

To me GOH is the highest and greatest contingent a cadet can get into and being able to be part of it is a honour and blessing which not many people have. GOH also means that we have high standards to uphold and we have to earn our positions here whether it is through our hard work or dedication. Being part of GOH also makes me very proud of myself as I didn’t know I would be able to be here.

Personally the I really look up to the trainers that are helping to train us for this NPAP. The hard work and perseverance they have put in to train us have been seen and I really appreciate them and their efforts and I hope their efforts will pay off when we march out during the actual day as a contingent.

So far, my NPAP journey has been tiring but enjoyable. Have to march in the hot Sun has been very tiring but getting to see my drills improving one training at a time, I feel very pleased with myself as I have never though I would be able to improve in just a few trainings. I also feel very happy that I get to meet new people from all the schools in Singapore and getting to make friend and exchange contacts with them, forging new bonds.

Being in the Guard of Honour (GOH) in NPCC is a huge achievementthat means a lot to me. It represents honour,teamwork and coordination,as we have to work together to perfect our drills. Being in GOH pushes me to give my 101% effort because every movement needs to be sharp and precise. It’s not just about looking good but also about showing discipline and teamwork. I feel proud to represent my unit and uphold its values.

I look up to the trainers,as they help to correct our drills, and make sure that every drill that we together is sharp and coordinated, making sure our drills are up to standards.

I have learnt new drills, and npap has made me improve my timings, and whenever I do a drill, it's sharper and more well coordinated

GOH is a significant milestone in my CCA journey.

It shows that I have spent 3 years meaningfully and learnt my drills well back in my unit. Being GOH also means that I must parallel my character with the standard of drills I have to truly deserve this role. This role is accompanied by qualities such as honour, discipline and responsibility. To gain the most from this NPAP as GOH, I try my best to observe and practice these values.

I look up to all teacher officers who spend their early mornings on Saturdays with us to arrange for transport and keep track of attendance.

I also look up to all trainers and parade attendees for spending long hours under the scorching weather preparing for NPAP.

For our trainers, their words of motivation towards us are helpful. Their patience and dedication to make sure we execute impeccable drills are incomparable.

GOH represents honour and unity in many parades and trainings, upholding a standard that requires self discipline, punctuality and responsibility. With these standards, slowly carves out the proper shape and behaviour of a GOH cadet. I intend to uphold these values and try my best to keep up. I want to learn from my mistakes and not to repeat them, to be a proper GOH cadet and meet the expectations of everyone around me when I step into the parade or when I am training. I strive to prove myself and show that I belong in GOH, while looking sharp and well dressed in the NO.1 uniform, and show the meaning of GOH.

I look up to my teacher officers and trainers from school and from HTA. The way their movements when performing drills are very sharp and smooth, and how there are no hesitations when it ever came to executing a drill. I aspire to reach that stage and to be as good as them.

My journey in NPAP has so far been alright, but I am always very nervous everytime I step foot in the trainings. I tend to fidget too much due to being too nervous, or accidentally shift during drills. However, my trainers are always there to correct me and make sure I know my mistakes before the actual parade. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have known what I do wrong and how I can improve.

I am grateful for the guidance that the trainers have given us, and how patient they have been when a mistake is done, I honestly think that if it wasn’t for the trainers, I wouldn’t have known be unable to perform ANY rifle drills. Thank you for teaching us greatly and guiding us to be the besttt!!

From the past:

I was quite quiet and shy to interact with cadets from other schools.

Currently:

I am becoming more open to interacting with others as we are getting more familiar with one another.

I have also taken note of some details to improve on while executing my rifle drills.

I am more satisfied with my performance as compared to before.

I look forward to subsequent training sessions.

In future:

Whether as host or guest in interschool events, I can communicate more easily with these new bonds and connections forged.

I can bring back the knowledge I have learnt as GOH to share with the unit for improvement

Being a Guard of Honour(GOH) means a lot to me. Being very discipline, independent and responsible. As a secondary 2 student, I feel like participating in NPAP as a GOH is a big achievement as there are so many seniors in the GOH contingent. This role is not easy to get so, all the tiring CCA trainings and hard work did have a good result. Being a GOH also means you up hold the standard of your unit and sometimes it is both scary and tiring since I do not want to disappoint my teacher officers or trainers.

I look up to both my teacher officers and trainers from school and HTA. They have guided me to become better every training even at my lowest. The way they teach the drills are very specific and patient. They make sure we are coordinating with each other and fix our drills to make them more sharp and swift. I strive to be like them one day.

Before I attended NPAP training, I was scared and shocked. I was shocked to find out that I was selected for GOH. Knowing that most schools send their Secondary 3s to NPAP, I thought I would be left behind or struggling to keep up with them. But as time goes by, after a few trainings, I made new friends along the way whom have made the journey more fun and educational. I am grateful to have them. The trainers have also made this journey easier and less stressful by being friendly and patient with us. They help us improve in both a contingent and independently. Looking forward, I hope to participate in NPAP with my squad mates with pride and honour.

I would like to thank all the trainers for your efforts to teach us! I appreciate all of you for guiding us and helping us improve on our rifle drills. I will never forget the moments where you spend time, care and taught us. I hope you enjoy taking us too :) Rifle drills are not that easy to master but you make it easier to understand and practice. I feel that being in GOH is a huge milestone in my NPCC journey. Being in the GOH contingent is a great honour and responsibility. It teaches discipline, resilience and teamwork. It is not an easy role to achieve and I try my best to uphold it. I find it somewhat scary as I there are very high standards to maintain. It is my first ever parade and I look forward to it.

I look up to my teacher officers and the trainers from school and HTA. My teacher officers encourages me and keeps me going. The trainers helps us with our drills, our coordination, and ensures that our parade goes smoothly. The trainers are patient with us. They explain and demonstrate drills for us whenever we are uncertain or lost.

So far, I’ve found that I like the training sessions. The trainers give us enough breaks, they are patient with us, and they ensure we are all able to execute our drills correctly and sharply. I wouldn’t usually interact much with other cadets from other schools, but NPAP has allowed me to do so. I feel that I am a bit more social now. Everybody has been so welcoming and friendly so far. I learnt that I have a lot to improve on my rifle drills, and am grateful that the trainers have been patient towards me. In the past, I was rather unmotivated and dreaded the thought of trainings. Now, I look forward to them.

GOH is very important and meaningful experience for me as it is a position that is very hard to get. I also get to meet people from most of the schools and everybody treat each other really nice and kind. It allows me to improve on my drills than before and be a better role model in my school CCA as now I'm also a cadet leader. It is a very honoring thing too.

The goh role is an important role to me because it taught me valuable skills that can help me in the future and it can help my future cadets by applying it for them. This year's goh means so much to me and iam incredibly proud to be apart of this years npap

I look up to everybody in NPAP and my teacher officers as I know it isn't easy to teach us things sometimes but u guys would still be patient with us and give us words of encouragement. Sirs and madams had to wake up early in sat morning to be there for us and to teach us the drills for NPAP which is very tiring as it's a SAT MORNING!!! They are patient with us( which I cannot) and their drills are very good also. And those sirs that always help us to spray the water on our berets really save our life's. Thank youuu all for helping us and making NPAP happen.

I mostly look up to my NPAP instructors for teaching and guiding me thoughout the difficult time during the drills. At first i tought i couldn't do my drills properly but with the help that i got with my instructos i can finally do my drills proudly and teach the drill with my squad i would also like to mention my teacher officers for giving me the opportunity that i thought i wouldn't get and Selecting me for countless events although i am exhausted at the end of the day i am thankfull for my teachers and lastly my cadet leaders for helping me with my drills as well as my journey to become a Cadet Leader they have been my role model since i was sec 1 they have a huge part for me during npap they helped me with my drills as well when i was lost and confused

So far so good i love every session that we have why? Is because i get to meet other people for different schools and learn what they know and bonding with them to get to know them better i not only like seeing my friends during session i also enjoy learning new things that can help me for example during hentak i could hear afew people telling me to move back or front. I feel like it is a good thing that we are all communicating with each other this year npap GOH girls has taught me alot and i am thankfull for it

In my opinion, I feel that the Guard Of Honour (GOH) has always represented excellence and prestige to me. Ever since I first saw the GOH march out during NPAP ‘24, I admired the way the cadets carried themselves portraying precision, unity as well as their sense of pride. I feel that GOH is more than just a formation; it represents the highest standard of commitment as well as dedication.

In all honesty, I look up to every single one of the trainers in NPAP no matter how small their contribution is towards this year’s NPAP. I feel like every one of them deserves some form of recognition for their contribution . Their dedication, patience and expectations push us to our limits to improve better, both in our drills and as individuals. Every correction they give, every encouragement and support given by them, reflects their unwavering commitment to make us be better. Their leadership and discipline inspire me to give my best in every training session.

Overall, I feel that this journey is not easy but we are all in this together; the trainers, cadets in GOH, Supporting Contingent and Flag Party. I can see that whenever training starts to get tough encouragement is the only medicine to cure it. Everyone has been very supportive throughout the few trainings we had. Training has tested my endurance and discipline, pushing me beyond my limits. Despite the challenges, every session brings a sense of growth no matter how small the improvement is. NPAP is more than just executing commands; it’s about teamwork, resilience, and the pride of being part of something greater.

To me , Guards of Honour (GOH) in NPCC is both an honor and a challenge. It’s not just about standing still and looking sharp it’s months of intense training, discipline, and pushing yourself to your limits.

When I first heard about GOH, I knew it was a big deal. Only the best cadets from each unit are chosen, and selection is tough. You need to have impeccable drill standards, a strong sense of discipline, and the endurance to hold your position for long periods.

I look up to all the officers in NPAP’25 as Officers play a crucial role in shaping the parade, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that cadets perform at their best. They are the ones behind the scene training the contingents, correcting every detail, and instilling discipline in cadets. Their dedication and patience make the parade what it is.

Watching the officers at NPAP, I saw how much effort they put in—not just during the parade but in the months leading up to it. They weren’t just commanding; they were guiding, motivating, and ensuring every cadet performed with pride. Seeing their dedication made me respect them even more, knowing that without them, the parade wouldn’t be possible.

Apart from the parade commanders and contingent leaders, the Officer-in-Charge of the Parade and the Drill Instructors stand out as key figures who make NPAP an impressive and memorable event.

My journey in GOH has been nothing short of amazing. From the tough training sessions to the unforgettable moments on parade day, every step has been a learning experience.

One of the best parts was definitely the friendships I made. We weren’t just a group of cadet we became a family, working hard together as one contingent. Every training session, no matter how exhausting, brought us closer as we pushed each other to improve. Whether it was perfecting our drills, standing under the sun for hours, or supporting one another through the challenges, we learned to move as a unit.

I also gained a deeper understanding of our officers’ values discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. They expected nothing but the best from us, and through their guidance, I learned what it means to represent NPCC with pride. Their dedication to shaping us into better cadets inspired me to always give my all.

GOH to me means a role that is attained through hard work and effort. The role is earned by achieving a certain standard high enough to be recognised from your own efforts, and put into a position where it makes you want to strive to be better and a way to continue to improve yourself at a higher level.

NPAP this year so far has been quite hectic, I'd say? Compared to last year, there are quite a few differences, so I was a bit taken aback, although I expected things to be different now that I'm in a different contingent. This year's NPAP feels a little surreal, I made a lot of mistakes and honestly, felt dejected a few times, but I know it's just part of the process so it doesn't really get to me too much. But overall, I'd say NPAP for this year is great! I wouldn't change anything.. :)

Being in GOH had provided me a sense of struggle and accomplishment along with a opportunity to bond and garner meaningful relationships with the other cadets of the contingent

Getting the role of Guard of Honour in the National Police Cadet Corps Annual Parade was an incredible honor and a moment of pride for me. The feeling of being chosen for such a prestigious position filled me with excitement and responsibility, knowing that I would be representing my unit in such a role. 🔥🔥

Though GOH training is definitely a step above what im used to in unit training I try to pull through to prove myself to myself and those who want me to succeed and is definitely an honour to be in GOH

I have tremendous admiration for Parade Commander Zul as though everybody has a part to place in the parade I feel the greatest burden/stress falls upon PC Zul

I look up to the NPAP officers who are the ones organising this year's NPAP. Event planning is tough and takes a lot of coordination from everyone else involved. Managing a large scale event too, is definitely not easy. It requires lots of effort and can get very stressful. I admire that the officers put in their own share of hard work to ensure that nothing seriously impacts NPAP is very much admirable, and I respect them a lot.

it means to be that it is a important role and the meaning maybe its honour and unity, its also maybe a meaning of discipline and responsibility.

i look up to all of the NPAP’s officers as they play a hardworking role. They care about our health and check in on us.

Parade training has been tough, but having such a great contingent makes it all worth it. The drills are intense, and the long hours can be exhausting, but everyone puts in their best effort, which pushes me to do the same. We go through the struggles together, and that’s what makes it enjoyable—laughing through the tough moments and pushing each other to improve. Training isn’t easy, but with this team, it’s always worth it.🤍🤍

it has been full of ups and downs as im alone for the first time without my wonderful batchmates and some will say that i dont deserve this role which is fine because when im here i feel happy because many people here are so friendly and supportive of each other.

It is an important role, and doing it comes with higher expectations than usual. But at the same time, it has helped me gain confidence in things I do.

GOH is a opportunity for me to refine my drills and my self-discipline. it is a privilege and a huge responsibility for me to represent my unit at NPAP wearing white . My NPAP journey has been a meaningful one to me. I've made many friends from my area and others. Not only that but NPAP has allowed me to reconnect with those I've met in my ATC , meeting them again and seeing familiar faces was very comforting . NPAP had allowed me to grow as a person and let me go through many hard trainings but still enjoy it due to our trainers, CCs and GOH mates. I've learnt alot from everyone here at NPAP and made a lot of lasting friendships and memories to remember

To me, GOH means self discipline and hard work. I used to think that GOH was just about excellence and prestige. However, after going through the trainings, the long hours and hard work we put in, I’ve come to realise that GOH is so much more than that. GOH is about upholding the highest standards, being extremely disciplined and having good teamwork. It is important that we are coordinated with one another as we represent GOH as a whole contingent, and not individually. Only one of us from each school was selected, showing that we are the best of the best, and that comes with responsibility. It is not something easily achieved, and so far, it is the biggest milestone in my NPCC journey. Being in GOH also means a lot to me as it serves as a recognition of why I have been chosen. It is an honour to be part of GOH 2, and I am very thankful that I got the opportunity to be selected.

To me, being in GOH shows discipline and respect for NPCC. It shows a level of standard I believe every NPCC student should strive to achieve, and this also gives the opportunity for students to stand out and represent their schools. I believe that GOH is a very important role and I am very proud to be part of it

I look up to all the officers in NPAP as they put in so much effort and hard work to ensure that all the training sessions go smoothly. Behind the scenes, they are extremely important. Most importantly, I really look up to my own trainers because of how patient and supportive they are. Even though we struggle with our rifle drills at times, they will take the time to correct us properly, and tell us where we went wrong and how to improve instead of just scolding us. They push us to do our best but also ensure that we have sufficient water breaks and rest. Their words of motivation also mean a lot to us and keep us going despite the tiring trainings. They also spend time making homework packages for us. Hence, their dedication and care makes me want to work even harder and be the best version of myself. I respect our trainers a lot and we could not have made it this far without them.

GOH is a role that further builds my responsibility and endurance in more intense trainings. Knowing that I got chosen for such a role showed me how much potential I had and I strived to build my character even more. I had to struggle accepting my flaws and though I may get scolded and though I could've done better in some areas, it was something I had to go through to learn the lessons that will also help me in the future and I learnt to be more open to commends and put in effort to change. The experience in GOH was a process for me to be more disciplined and to step up more as I had to communicate to others way more which does not really happen for me often.

I look up to all the officers and trainers participating in NPAP since it takes a lot of effort and patience to look after a lot of cadets. I also look up to my fellow GOH cadets since seeing them work hard and achieve to be the best inspires me to do my best aswell during trainings 🙏

I look up to everyone in NPAP, but since I spend more time with my squad mates, I now have the connection with them and I really admire those that I have met and talked with for some time. They willingly helped me when I least expected it and I was really moved how they all stepped up to guide and bond with others which I really think it's something I should learn and reflect on myself more.

My journey in NPAP has been very meaningful to me. It has been tiring but incredibly rewarding. Pushing through the tough trainings and perfecting the rifle drills give me a sense of accomplishment. Although it can be very exhausting at times, my contingent mates make it fun for me. The bond we have and the encouragement from our trainers make it all worth it. I’ve made new friends and also stepped out of my comfort zone. Seeing our progress after each training keeps me motivated. It is not easy, but I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything else.

I have learnt a lot such as being disciplined and looking my best with my uniform and training hard to perfect my rifle drills. GOH is a very demanding role, but it has taught me to be resilient, so I'm honoured to be a part of NPAP :))

NPAP has been really memorable, though it is tough trying to manage long parade trainings with school and personal matters, I managed to pull through and I am really grateful for this opportunity that I had, being in NPAP, especially GOH, I am proud and I accepted my imperfections to change myself and to be better as the representative for my school, squadmates and even juniors and peers in my own school. Everytime I look back at my time in NPAP, I always felt it was worth it.

Being part of GOH means a lot and is a big opportunity for me. It is a opportunity for me to bond with cadets from other schools and refine my drills. And since I already POP back in school, still being part of NPAP is a great opportunity for me as I get to experience what its like to part of NPAP and GOH as well.

I look up to everyone in NPAP since everyone has worked extremely hard to get to where they're are now. I especially look up to the officers in NPAP as they put in a lot of effort into ensure that we will look and perform our best during every session.

My journey in NPAP has been memorable as I have made new friends and gained more knowledge from the experience. It also helped made me push my limits to do better in everything.

I think being a GOH is representative to all npcc members, mostly the other contingents. GOH means 'Guard Of Honour' which i think makes us stand out more then other contingents.

I don't think I look up to anyone so far, but if i was to choose at least 1 i would choose the officers. I find them inspirational because they ensure everyone is feeling good under the hot sun and when they see a error, they would point out. It helps me and others to recognize our mistakes and learn from it.

It's alright. I don't really know anyone so I feel a bit uncomfortable when some people try to talk to me. But as for training, it's pretty tiring since I'm new to these drills and it's hot. The officers are kind, which i honestly did not expect. I thought they would scold and be more strict. But so far the journey has been pretty smooth nothing that stress me out.

Thanks for being kind and helping us go through this tough training. If it was for you guys, we probably would never been able to progress through. :D

To me, being part of the GOH is an honor because it symbolizes the highest standards of excellence in NPCC. It pushes us to strive for perfection, both in our drills and in our character, instilling a deep sense of pride and responsibility.

I really admire the officers and trainers who guide us through this journey. Their dedication, patience, and ability to inspire us make them role models worth looking up to. They push us beyond our limits and show us the true meaning of perseverance and leadership. If I had to choose one person, I’d say our contingent commander, because their confidence and leadership are truly inspiring.

It has been a challenging yet rewarding experience. The training sessions are tough, but they have helped me grow physically and mentally. I've made new friends, improved my drills, and learned the value of teamwork. There are definitely moments of exhaustion, but the sense of accomplishment after each training session makes it all worth it.
