deneyimlerinden yararlandıkları, bu süreçte sosyal öğrenme kuramı ile doğru orantılı olarak istendik
davranışları pekiştirmek için öncelikle örnek davranış sergiledikleri belirlenmiştir. Torunları ile kaliteli zaman geçiren 
 büyükbabalar , torunlarına önemli gördükleri değer, bilgi ve becerileri kazandırdıklarını bu süreçte
daha önce bildikleri halde unuttukları bazı bilgileri yeniden hatırladıklarını söylemişlerdir. Ayrıca
büyükbabalar bu öğrenme sürecinin tek taraflı olmadığını, yaşları küçük de olsa çağın gereği olarak bilişim
alanındaki yeni bilgileri (akıllı telefon, tablet kullanımı vb.) torunlarından öğrendiklerini de vurgulamışlardır.
Grandparents are our direct connection with our ancestors and the community to which we belong. They are the most valuable resources that allow our children to learn new things about their parents, about our past, our family memories and so on.The interaction between grandparents and grandchildren provides deculturalization to the third generation, and on the other hand, it is also a source of spiritual satisfaction for the elderly.As a result of this event, the grandfathers have their own ideas about how to bring value to their grandchildren
