Japan Airlines (JAL), has had three flights delayed, caused by a drunk pilot.
This is the airline's second reprimand from the nation's transport ministry within a time period of a year.
There was also a news conference held where the airline president apologized for a previous pilot having had too many drinks, and was unable to operate flights the following day.
Though previously, JAL has banned alcohol consumption for flight crew, after two pilots have consumed too much alcohol prior to a flight.
According to the country's transport minister, JAL seems to have a history with such incidents.
