This pose is easy to perform but you WILL feel it, especially in your thighs. It is a good pose to practice as it builds strength and stamina throughout your body. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>1.     Beginners stand with their feet hip-distance apart. </div><div>2.     Raise arms above head, perpendicular to the floor.</div><div>3.     Bend knees, bring thighs as parallel to the floor as you can.</div><div>4.     Reach elbows back to ears and keep back straight.</div><div>5.     Hips low.</div><div>6.    Shift your weight into your heels.  You should be able to lift toes off the ground!</div><div>7.    Breath deeply, smoothly and evenly.</div><div>8.    Look forward.</div><div>9.    Hold for up to one minute.<br>10. Inhale as you straighten your legs and end the exercise. </div>]]></description>
